I have been a loyal customer of this photography studio, which has been in business for decades. Today, I brought my 2-year-old child to take an ID photo, and I am beyond satisfied with the results! Taking photos of a 2-year-old is no easy task—it requires winning the child’s attention and capturing the perfect moment quickly and skillfully. They managed to do it effortlessly! In just 3 minutes, we had a wonderful photo that exceeded our expectations.

As a long-time customer, we were warmly welcomed and received excellent service. I truly hope this studio continues to thrive for many years to come!

Did a great job developing an old Kodak film although the pictures were not very good but the price is reasonable and they email the prints. Did a better job developing an old Fuji video tape to digital complete with voice which is very much appreciated at a reasonable price with thumb drive. Very much appreciated as the memories of old are treasure.

Charged $1 extra for a box which makes no sense since film usually comes in a box packaging. Also didn’t tell me about the price increase, had to flag it to them. Was in a pinch but would recommend going elsewhere as the film retails for cheaper at downtown cameras or on Amazon. (Took a pic of the packaging they charged me extra for..)

The guy at the front desk with glasses is very disrespectful. Came for passport photos and it got denied because both photos weren’t stamped, came back for photos again and asked for both photos stamped and they questioned if I’m Canadian because Canadian passports don’t accept both photos stamped. The guy gives so much attitude for no reason, won’t be coming back. Worst customer service ever. Got my Canadian passport after stamping both of my photos. Got to UPS or shoppers instead, cheaper, better photos, and they know the rules when it comes to the Canadian passport + offers a free refund/another photo.

Convenient and fast. Nice staff to help with the self-service kiosk. Can print out directly from phone in many sizes. I put four on one normal size photo and they were good for wall decor.

The most knowledgeable team I have encountered. The team always goes above and beyond assisting with film removal, development and a great DropBox feature for digital scans. It's definitely worth signing up for the annual membership for discounts on services if you're a regular as it can be a pricey hobby. 🙂

Easy, fast and lovely staff who took the time to explained everything… five minutes wait for passport photo is absolutely perfect …
