We recently visited Rachael’s studio with our newborn and had a fantastic experience. Rachael was so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. She was amazing with our little one and taught us lots of tricks and tips for soothing him - it was worth the visit just for this! We have just received the photos and absolutely love them. I was unsure about getting a newborn photoshoot before but I am so glad we did as our little one has already changed so much since we had the pictures taken and it’s so lovely to have the pictures to look back on. Highly recommend!

I recently had a maternity photoshoot and would 100% recommend it!
This was such a fantastic experience and really makes you feel like a superstar - was wonderful just to forget about the rest of the world and focus solely on you and bump, and watching Rachael work her magic was really something else. She makes you feel so comfortable and at ease, and creates amazing shots with such a wide variety of outfits, and often just swathes of material that she manipulates to her bidding! I was absolutely delighted with the results, and will really treasure them, and the memory of the fun I had that morning ?.

We had such an amazing time with Rachael, she made the whole experience stress free and easy. We had lovely family photos taken at the same time as our newborn shoot and she made our 6 year old feel very special by including her so she didn’t feel left out.
The props and outfits were adorable and her set up is A+.

My husband and I visited Rachael at her studio for a newborn shoot at the beginning of June when our little one was just over two weeks old.

The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Rachael took time to discuss what to expect by phone before we committed to booking and paying our appointment deposit and we were able to give her an idea of our preferred style of image, colours etc. ahead of time.

Once we arrived at the studio, we were made to feel completely at home with tea, coffee and plenty of newborn tips throughout the session - which were very welcome as new parents! Rachael was amazing with our son and she even managed to get lovely images of us as a family - no mean feat when your husband hates being in front of the camera!

We returned a week later to see our final images and we were blown away by them all. We chose to have some images framed, as well as some smaller mounted photos that were included in our package, and Rachael was very helpful in advising on size and framing options that would suit our spaces at home.

Our final framed images arrived yesterday and we are delighted! We would not hesitate to recommend Beautiful Bairns to others and will definitely be returning for a sitter session or cake smash later on in our baby's first year.

Rachael did a phenomenal job with our newborn session and made sure momma had a hot cup of tea. I was amazed at how good she is with babies, our little girl stayed asleep and was comfortable throughout. We call her the baby whisperer and look forward to returning for our sitter session!
