From a medical professional standpoint. I was very disappointed with the front desk customer service. I called to obtain medical records for a new patient that currently left their practice. And Tara the receptionist was very rude and I believe she even disconnected the call before we could obtain a fax number to fax over a medical release form. I asked to speak to a manager and Deloris was very kind and got the job done. We did not expect Tara to drop all she was doing for our request we simply asked for an ETA of the records to inform patient. I hope that Tara has a better day! Patient care is not what it use to be..

The office staff is very efficient and cordial. I saw the ultrasound technician and the doctor - both were very efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Schellato very clearly explained everything as she took me through my appointment. I appreciate her clarity and the time she takes with me and all of the other patients. The only improvement would be a larger waiting room because this is a very busy practice.

My husband was seen very quickly. Great staff and a fabulous office manager. Dr. Schellato couldn’t have been nicer. Thorough, didn’t rush us, and was as friendly as professional. Highly recommend Dr. Schellato.
