(Nematllah) is extremely professional: he takes time to listen and time to explain. Awesome doctor! Has helped me so much with everything I have been through! Really efficient, on point, respectful, great personality ! we will miss him?

His white receptionist Christina is rude and condescending. Nematullah at some point of his career “seemed” to truly care about patients however it was his negligence of not following up, on the diagnosis (chronic gastritis). I did the endoscopy on June 12th, 2021 and it was not until I called on September 23rd, 2021 they conveyed that I had gastritis. If I didn't call then what? The office had the results and never got back to me. In my time as a patient here, I've had to pioneer for myself, do my research etc.

As a mental Health professional I'm repulsed and disappointed in the way they handled things. I suggested an endoscopy a while back and Dr. Never recommended it until 5 years after my issue became worse. My request to have the endoscopy was finally met after much persistence. It's a terrible space to be in. A Dr. can be nice but a lack of due diligence is never ok. Inefficiency is never ok. Rudeness I never ok. After I proceeded to respectfully air my concerns about calling to follow up, they cancelled my file with the office and discharged me as a patient. Christina was the one who advocated for the discharge.

Good luck to the patients that go here but you're just a number.

I got my blood work done. Took me 2 hours of wait even after appointment to talk to the doctor for barely 1 minute. He repeated all
My previous blood work n now my reports are with them n m calling daily. Went to their clinic and they dont open door. Its not acceptable when it comes to medical. Our health could get worst just bcz of their ignorance. I even downloaded paid app of dynacare to get my results but it says reports have to be interpreted by the doctor only. Doctors in Canada just worry about making money

Although the dr. was amazing in terms of treatment, I and my family have had a very bad experience with his staff and have never returned back ever since...
Similar to another comment, I had also experienced extreme rudeness from ONE particular staff member, who is just plain rude, authoritative and mean. No proper phone follow ups, randomly bringing charges for things that were never charged for priorly. Would keep knocking after like 10-15 mins in the appointment with the doctor (I had to move multiple times, across the city, and had never experienced this before I had him as my doctor, or even after I had switched him).

There was one particular incident where that staff member went off limits and it caused a severe affect on my family member's condition mentally.
When this was brought to the doctor's attention, he first stayed quiet about it and then followed up just to cover up for his staff's rudeness and rather blamed it on the patient, instead of fixing the main problem (I don't know what his reasons are, only he knows best).
Even, while waiting for the dr., I had witnessed so many people having complaints and often arguing with that one particular staff member. So, it clearly shows where the problem lies.
Even, when we tried to leave and transfer records, they didn't waste the opportunity of making lots of money off of it.

In fact, everything is more of a business there for that one particular staff member, and she clearly lacks the care and compassion towards her patients, specially after knowing that they all come for various health reasons and her behaviour and actions can affect people severly.

Left a really, really bad taste in my mouth.

The doctor is very kind and caring of his paitients. In the beginning, I really liked the staff and my experience was always very positive. But staff turned over and in the last year it has been completely different. Making up rules and telling me about them when it suits them. Not following up or calling me back. I was provided wrong information on the phone that made me unable to go to my appointment at the scheduled date. Miscommunication happens however at my expense after the fact? They dont care. There is a huge difference between being professional and rude. Ive tried telling the doc about it and he was at loss for words and didn't know what to do. My complaints were never addressed or acknowledged yet i receive an email saying ive had issues with staff after i told them i was not returning to the clinic - thats helpful. But people will put up with bad behaviour from staff because its hard to find a good doctor.

I am very happy with Doctor Nematullah and his staff. They are all very kind caring people . Always bubbly and smiling when you walk in for your appointment. It's only been a year but both my husband and i a very happy to have found Doctor Nematullah when our previous Doctor retired.

I called to book an appointment and I had asked if they were excepting new patients. They told me over the phone yes and took a cab only to be told by the doctor I cant be you're family doctor. He didnt even make eye contact with me or ask what my concerns were, insulted me and told me to go to the hospital. Didnt even ask me for a health card before entering the doctors room. Just sat in his chair like he all that without looking me in the eye throughout the 7 min I sat with him. Comeplete waste of my time
