Gaelen was friendly, professional, and responsive. The aerial photos and video turned out so well, they truly make all the difference for my listing. His pricing was fair and upfront and his delivery was so timely. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Will definitely be using for my future listings and highly recommend!

Fantastic service. We needed aerial photos fast in order to qualify for fire insurance on a home we are buying. Gaelen took them the very next day and did an excellent job. The pictures themselves were exactly what we needed (he followed our instructions perfectly) and he was also a pleasure to work with: responsive, professional, friendly and a good clear communicator. Gaelen was incredibly helpful during the process of getting a quote and booking the drone mapping service. The interaction was professional and accommodating, he went out of his way to ensure we had complete pictures; even returning to one of our locations to reshoot a section when we mentioned that we had forgotten to ask for something. Gaelen reached out to us via Instagram a few months ago and when it was time to photograph our project in Santa Rosa, I reached out to see if he was available to shoot photos of our project and he was! Gaelen is not only limited to Aerial photos, he also shoots ground level photos which is something I also was needing for our property. Communication with Gaelen was super easy and straight forward - no lag time, no confusing rates, no waiting for a response. It was extremely easy to communicate with him. I was not going to be on-site the day of the photoshoot so I connected Gaelen with our property manager and she said he was extremely professional and respectful of the property. Once the shoot was complete - Gaelen had the photos to us 2 days later with additional photos that I did not expect to receive. The photos themselves went over my expectations, it was hard to which ones to use on our website because they were all so good! I definitely recommend getting a sunset/sunrise shot, it was worth the additional cost. We have another project in Santa Rosa so when that is ready for photography, I will definitely reach out to Gaelen and schedule another shoot.

We called Gaelen needing drone footage for a Lenni Revel music video we were putting together. On his website we saw mostly commercial work demos (real estate property footage etc.) but were impressed with how clean it all looked. We took a chance that he might like to try something artistic and he was very enthusiastic when we approached him with the idea. Gaelen was an absolute professional to work with. Prompt return calls and emails, showing up on time (early actually), equipment readiness, skill...all as advertised. The product was exactly what we were looking for. We challenged his piloting skills a bit with creative "swoops" and timed 360's. Our shooting window was sunset so we had literally minutes to capture at the "golden hour" all the shots we needed. Gaelen handled it calmly and like a real pro. I have worked with many motion picture camera operators in my time and Gaelen is the type who listens, takes direction well, and delivers. You will get what you want and be working with a quality guy all the while. His prices were commensurate for his industry, reasonable and fair. A great choice all around.
