I went in for a manicure. I despise when nail techs treat men like they don’t know what a manicure is supposed to be. This place gave me really poor service. The tech was rough with my hands, bending and tugging on my fingers unnecessarily. She flew through the processes, super fast, barely pushing any cuticle up, barely trimming any extra skin around the nails, zero attempt to scrape under the fingernails. Trimmed waaay too short cutting into my nail bed. She also used a very coarse grinding wheel to grind the top surface of my nail, leaving deep gouge scratches and only followed it up with a very short very fine buffing wheel. There should be multiple steps in between the 80 grit and the pink compound buffing polish. I’ve been in my truck in the parking lot for half an hour, trying to buff them out with a nail file. This is the worst looking manicure I’ve ever seen. I called back and told the man at the desk that they should be ashamed. I expect to see a refund for the service. Terrible. Zero out of five stars should be an option for service like this. The picture below is after spending a half an hour, trimming with cuticle scissors and sanding with a foam block.

The young lady that waxed us was so professional and patient with my niece as it was here first time. Facility had a welcoming ambiance. Diverse culture as older gentlemen came in to his appointment for pedicure. Next visit to NC will stop by for their great service.

Went into this nail salon at approximately 1:20pm the owner did not greet me nor did she ask if she could help me , she immediately states “ I can’t do your nails I have an appointment at 2pm. I nicely said “okay is there anyone else here that possibly do my nails at this time “ at this location there’s another nail tech on duty she looked at my nails and then she states she has an appointment.

As you all can see there’s a “Walk in welcome” sign located at the entrance of this nail salon . Both nail techs was sitting playing on their phones and denied me services . I would NEVER recommend this place . I felt so not welcomed .

Kim started my nails and stated she had an appointment. She rushed on my nails and once I asked her to fix them she said she has to finish her appointment, why would you start my nails knowing you had an appointment to finish. I’m so livid because when I first got her she asked me to wait 30 minutes and I’m was fine waiting, but for you to rush and treat me like I’m bothering you isn’t okay. We all pay money to like nice and want what we pay for! I will never come back

Im sorry to have to leave a review but i was very disappointed in my experience today with p.nails. I have been going there for a long time. Very seldom i get my nails done but always get my eyebrows waxed and they always looked great! Today, i got a full set as well as my eyebrows done. The lady that did my nails.... she really messed them up! After painting them, she filed my nails so ruff and raw that my thumb started to bleed! Im guessing she didnt take her time and obviously was not concentrating on what she was doing. After my one hand was dried she kept on filing them and messed up the paint on one side of three fingers as well as making my thumb bleed. When I told her it did not look right and the paint was filed off she simply filed again and made my nails a different shape on the side. I was not offered a discount for this mishap or concerned about my thumb bleeding. Needless to say, i will be going eleswhere next time!

I had the worst experience I ever had in any nail shop yesterday between the hour of four and 430 at P nails. I will never step my food in the shop anymore. The lady was rude. No any customer service scale she was rough with My with my nails And no communication was she? She was very rude. She’s not even fit to be a nail tech.

I recieved a fill in. Three days later my pinky nail started splitting at the edge to the middle . I went back to shopand showed the lady. She said she could not fix it due to my actual nail being split along with the acrylic. I respected that, but she didn't offer any resolution or compensation. I left and the next day I noticed two other nails were also splitting from the edge to the middle. I will never go back to that establishment.
