Randy and his Team have helped us get our roof replaced at a reasonable price when the insurance carrier would not cover the damage from a tree limb hitting it. We had some other maintenance and upgrades items addressed and Randy is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. The establishment might not look the most appealing to the naked eye, but they are the hidden gem and experts in their field. I have used other RV Repair shops along HWY 99 starting down in Turlock and up to Lodi and these guys are hands down the best.

A Nightmare of a Trip

My parents rented an RV from Whitaker. We assumed it was fully functional and in great condition. However as soon as we got on the road, the mirage was quickly broken. Drawers that were supposed to be secured in place were swinging open. In the 110 degree weather we had to wear cold towels to cool down as there were only two working vents. It’s true that the RV did come with additional seatbelts however, they were under the couch and not even attached to the seat. Once we reached our campsite and eventually settled in we soon realized that the only working thing in the RV was the roof. In the middle of the night, the speakers would turn on and play a sound similar to an amber alert. The only way to end it was to completely turn off the electricity. A positive is that the RV provided material for Christmas conversation. The list of problems that came with this RV go on but, overall, I recommend that no one rents from Whitaker.
