Michael Carr is awesome! He and his team did an amazing job shooting my professional headshot. His pricing is very straightforward and they were able to fit me in quickly with very short notice. Michael Carr is the best studio to get your business portrait taken.
After talking to me us about what I wanted (and what were my concerns), Michael and his team assisted me with choosing the best background theme, wardrobe selections and overall concept. They were excellent at getting me relaxed and then capturing some great shots. Michael made me smile, laugh and feel totally at ease. Needless to say, I am totally thrilled with the finished product.
I’ve been getting my business portrait done for more than ten years… and without a doubt, Michael Carr Photography is the best place to get your business headshot taken.

I must have looked at 20-30 different websites to find a talented photographer for my executive headshot. Michael Carr's photos stood out from the rest, and after calling the studio and talking to Michael, I knew this is where I had to go! I was not disappointed. Michael is extremely talented and has such an eye to make your photos look perfect and capture your professional image just right. His studio was beautiful, his staff are extremely friendly and professional, and Michael is such a great guy that he will put you at ease as soon as you meet him. I will definitely be booking future photo sessions with Michael Carr in the near future!

I booked my Business Portrait session with Michael and Lisa Carr through a referral and I am so glad I did! A week before my appointment, I was emailed a detailed explanation of what to expect during my session, links of suggested attire, and the time/address etc. I showed up an hour early because that’s the type of guy I am and they squeezed my session in right before lunch. I brought a blazer, a suit, a white shirt and three ties. Michael politely recommended the outfit that would photograph best, which I agreed 100% with, then explained the backdrop options. I went with a solid grey background because that was the standard in my industry (Oil&Gas). Michael then explained the body positioning that would photo best, took my photos, then showed me the results and explained each shot in detail. After the photo shoot, I sat down with Lisa where she let me choose my favorite photos and then explained the slight adjustments they would make to to make them pristine. I was in and out in less than 45 mins. The final product looks amazing. I cannot recommend Michael Carr photography enough. Come here if you want a professional to take a professional portrait.

My family and I recently used Michael Carr Photography for a baby portrait, and we could not be more pleased with the experience. Michael and Lisa are not only talented and excellent with details, but they are so easy to work with and extremely professional. They patiently worked with our seven month old to get just to right shots. The portrait is stunning and perfectly captures our daughter at this age. We have now known the Carrs for many years, having also used them for family and child portraits in 2013 and our wedding in 2006. We trust them with our most treasured memories!

Michael Carr...Where do I start?
Michael Carr is the best photographer hands down! walking into the studio it was welcoming and warming/inviting. Walking me through step by step of my shoot, Michael made sure I was relaxed and made sure my mind was free and clear of whatever was going on with me outside of that shoot. Although I was only taking head-shots, he took his time with me and I felt like I was photograghing for Vogue! Him along with his family/staff CARES and photography is truly ART for them, they love what they do and would be there for you every step of the way. That being said I would be back!

I found Michael Carr Photography through a web search when looking for someone to take a headshot of me for work. I chose Michael Carr over other studios I found in my search based on Lisa Carr's responsiveness to my inquires and the professional pictures posted on their website. I generally do not like to have my picture taken and was pleasantly surprised at how painless Michael made the session and how quickly he was able to take several pictures I was very happy with. If anything, the most difficult thing for me was choosing the final picture! I definitely would recommend Michael and will return to his studio if I ever need another professional photograph taken again.
