Just wanted to shout out a Big Thank you to Kim Murray! Wow! She had seen on social media where I was pretty disgruntle about our Hospital Services in Brownwood! She told me to give Comanche a chance! Not only was Kim Top Notch, everything she told me I have seen first hand in my 2 visits thusfar for Iron infusions! From scheduling to the Girls in the infusion room! Chelsea had all my others setup for me before I left my first visit!
Kim Murray your the Best! Keep doing what you do and Comanche will have to add on again! Also both visits the CEO came in and greeting not only the patients but knew all the workers by first names! That was amazing!

Everyone was so great, but Allison was the best. I have had so many negative experiences with getting my blood drawn, but she was super quick and painless. Very impressed with the efficiency of CCMC in general. Ever since I’ve learned about it, I don’t go to Hendricks anymore. This will be my 3rd time dealing with them and I’m just super impressed.

I came into the ER with an infection on my arm originally caused by exposure to poison ivy. Because I have a past history of substance abuse even though I'm in recovery and have been for many months I was immediately treated like a second class citizen and ask many different times am I sure that the infection is just because of poison ivy to me insinuating that you think it is from a failed drug injection attempt. I was never once asked if I was comfortable or if I needed anything the whole time I was in triage which was about 4 hours in total and when I finally had to leave against medical advice because no one was coming into the room to check on me or give me any information they wouldn't take the IV out until I signed the paperwork and after they took it out they didn't even put gauze on it to stop the bleeding just one wrap around with the tape. I've never felt more like a second-class citizen then the staff at Comanche medical center made me feel tonight.

Came from out of town and unbeknownst to me my son started running fever. Everything was closed and no fever reducer. Came to CCMC with an 103 fever and they were quick to get things taken care of. Doc and nurses were top notch and honestly they need this place in Fort Worth. I received fast and better care than other places in the bigger city. Thank you for taking excellent care of my son with a quick turnaround.

Almost every time I've been, I've had pretty good service. However, last time I went I wanted to get tested for ADHD and my doctor simply said, "If you were able to graduate High School, you don't have ADHD," and sent me on my way. Everyone I know who has diagnosed ADHD has told me that I should find a new doctor, so I absolutely will.

Very poor service from the financial side. Multiple phone calls and emails over errored coding from May 2022, finally corrected and resubmitted with Insurance paying majority. Was told by a manager in billing that the remainder would be cleared and that my balance was zero. Unfortunately the charges were not written off and I was not informed that they were needing to be paid and it was sent to a collection agency. Made arrangements to then pay the bill we were not informed of, but collection agency continued to call wanting payment because the hospital did not inform them that arrangements were made and bill was being paid off.

I brought my mom into the hospital 3 times each time they told me nothing is wrong with her. The third time the new DR on shift “Dr Palm” and the nurse Shelly were absolutely awful. Dr Daniel Palm & Shelly the nurse made comments because I had her brought in by ems saying it was a waste that ems is for acute services only. Threatened to push her out into the lobby by herself before I could get there. Told me my mom just needed a chiropractor and treated me and her like we were completely dumb. Took my mom to Ft Worth & they found a mass in her neck. They were mad I brought her 3 times. Nasty attitudes & no regard to their patients.
