One of the worst customer service. They messed up an order and sent the wrong cabinet and when called one of their sales guys called Brandon was so rude and did not even apologize for 'their' mistake. Instead he told me that they will not charge us extra for a replacement (that did not even make sense when they committed a mistake) which is not only shameful but outright incorrect. They made me take the cabinet to their location and pick up the right one at my own cost even though it was there mistake.
My recommendation - dont do business with these guys if you want the right cabinets and a good customer service.

Sorry but tried this company and I seriously don;t recommend them The quality of product after receiving is sub-par and several pieces were damaged. also the order was incomplete. They were suppose to call and schedule a delivery but instead just showed up to my door with no notice and hoped I would be home. Luckily I was. After everything when I called to report the issues and talk to them they act as tho the last thing they care about is customers. If you actually want someone that cares about customers and the products they turn out to last I highly recommend you stay as far away as you can from this company!

Waited 15 to 20 min in their unfinished with hardly any cabinets showroom before they sent a sales guy who seemed to be on a period or something and with some real attitude issues and of course with that very unhelpful . He was really having a bad day it seems but he is not doing any favors for the company he is working for because few more reviews like these will get this business out of business. So please Procraft Cabinetry ,hire some qualified sales people so they can sell and help customers out and are good at making customers feel welcome and not have 1 or 2 words for every question. We were honestly there to finalize some cabinets for our business if he had helped us properly and we be done but i guess it won't be with pro cabinets anymore .

Zero stars company. If you want to buy Chinese garbage this is the right place. Horrible dishonest customer service. Had many quality problems, defective doors, color matching, you name it. Lazy sales people coupled with dishonest management makes it your worst choice for cabinetry in Texas. Run from this place if you can. By the way, they post mane fake reviews, even their former manager and wife posted positive reviews, this shows how fake they are.

Don’t buy this cabinetry - you’ll end up spending a lot more to fix them than custom cabinetry.

Absolutely horrible service - I’ve been dealing with procraft over a year. My contractor left me with a mess of an installation and had me deal directly with them. They won’t deal with the public for purchase directly I came to find out.

Theses cabinets are beautiful but very hard to install properly. My contractor was obviously inexperienced and there is not an easy way to fix or hide problems (incorrectly drilled holes, misalignment of cabinets, finger tip pulls not flush, drawers 2” shorter than back of cabinet (huge wasted space).

On top of the really poor install job, the customer service at Procraft north dallas location is terrible ... I cannot tell you how many times I’ve called or gone in person to try to fix my issue - even went with someone THEY recommended to fix the install issues but that person said he could not complete the job. I’ve been told at least 5+ times that “I have another customer I’m working with ... “ with the promise to call or get back to me. They don’t and if/when they do - they make it sound like you (the customer) is the problem! Maybe it’s just the person I’ve been dealing with. Good luck if you go with this brand - my advice, save yourself some heartache and money and choose another vendor.

Still waiting for my cabinets ordered AUG. OF 2017. This company is learning about the products they sale: therefore; it takes a REALLY LONG time. This company has held me and my client hostage until I paid for their ordering mistakes. Buyer beware!!!!

Edwin and team have done a wonderful job implementing new processes while ensuring my order was expedited accurately and timely. A great example of being under new management.
