Dr Scott Worrich was recommended to me by my brother. And he was right about Dr Worrich. At my very first Dr's appointment, Dr Worrich listen to everything I said and has listened to me in every appointment I've had with him or his assistant Ms Trevino. They both have helped me. Even though I know I probably will never be pain free. They both have made me feel better then before. I'm just grateful to Dr. Worrich and his whole staff. Everyone is so kind. They make me feel important. Everytime I texts or call them for anything. They are quick to respond. Sorry to say that other places I had gone to before going to Dr Worrich. I would get the feeling I was bothering them. I would wait a long time to get seen only to have a 5 min conference with the doctor. I felt more like a number not a patient. So thank you Dr Worrich. I pray you and your staff never change and be around for a long time. GOD bless you all.

To start off- I really like Dr. Worrich and PA Stevenson as well as the other medical staff I’ve encountered. In general I feel that they listen and try to help as much as possible. The reason for the 3 star deduction is the fact that my last neck MRI was 2 years ago. Ive tried every conceivable treatment with very little success. I’m now ready to see a neurosurgeon, but they won’t see me unless I’ve had an MRI within the last 6 months. The first order stated it was an MRI for my lower back which I’ve never had a problem. The second request wasn’t sent until a month later. This request was denied due to not enough information required. The third request the same thing happened. This situation has been occurring since March-2023. It’s now the end of September.and I was told last week that they were sendingii another request with ALL of my records. I called today to check and make sure it was done. It wasn’t. They finally sent it only after I was VERY firm. They stated that they sent everything I’ve ever tried. As much as I like Dr. Worrich, I’m not sure I will be continuing with his practice. There’s an obvious disconnect there. I’m currently in a lot of pain and need my neck evaluated including an MRI. We’ll see.

I see Dr Worrich at the Westover Hills location. From the person at the front desk to the nursing staff and beyond they are all top notch. Dr. Worrich is compassionate, listens to you and treats you like you are part of your care team.Treatment options are discussed with you so you can make an informed decision. In my experience Dr. Worrich and his entire team go above and beyond.

Dr Worrich was very helpful in helping my son deal with lingering pain/discomfort from a knee injury. He was kind enough to fit him into his schedule for an injection while he was home from college. My son couldn’t stop talking about how good the knee felt and how great it was to be able to move it without discomfort!
