Had a good experience at my appointment. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Desai was very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything in detail, and make sure I understood my treatment options. Their calm and reassuring manner put me at ease throughout the visit. I highly recommend!

Post surgery the doctor while still very brief in his visit time the supporting staff has made everyt In recovery as the best experience even after the urgent and on call issues
They’ve remained professional and diligent. Cindy is the absolute best and is such an amazing person to work with.
The phone system isn’t the best and most of the staff who answers aren’t the greatest over the phone which is unfortunate because the experience otherwise has been incredible

Dr Desai is fantastic! My 11 month old suffered from chronic ear infections and we were able to get an appointment with him within 2 weeks with no referrals from our PCP. He and his staff are great with children. The procedure to insert the tubes was streamlined and efficient with no complications. We’ve had two follow up appointments since and Dr Desai gets us in and out quickly.

Dr Desai seems very knowledgeable but his quickness to exit the room makes me question if he properly diagnosis the patient. I'd would've liked if he would have asked if we had questions vs just trying to rush out to avoid questions from the patient. Because of that we will be getting a second opinion. Which stinks Because getting time off work isn't easy for ppl to take.

Waited over 15 minutes on hold just to cancel a new patient appointment and gave up. When I went online to cancel, I had to fill out a bunch of info and was forced to accept receiving sms messages to continue the cancel. When it got to the part where I had to upload my insurance info, I said forget it. So, hey, if the office reads this message, I'm canceling my 10/22 appointment.

Our young son had terrible problems with allergies after our move to Texas. After Dr Desai became his ENT we went through surgery which has already improved his breathing. The staff @ the office, and surgery center are all fantastic, and very thorough. We now have a path forward that doesn’t involve weekly shots. Many thanks to the entire team. I could not more highly recommend a practice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have never had a worse experience with a doctor and their office than this one. They are extremely dismissive the receptionist and doctor were extremely rude, the doctor didn’t listen to any of our concerns and all he did was look in my daughters and told her to say “ah” then he said we should get her tested for allergies. Ridiculous if we needed that we would have gone through her regular primary doctor to get that scheduled. He didn’t listen to our concerns about any of the on going problems she has had and spent less than five minutes in the room with us. Thankfully we will be seen by a pediatric ENT soon who knows how to help children and listens to the parents concerns. I will never step foot in this office again and will never recommend this place to anyone it was an absolute waste of time.
