Will not order from here again. Placed an order for next day prints. the next day I received an email saying delayed and no other information. After waiting on the line for an hour on customer support I was told that they didn't have the correct paper and the photos wouldn't be ready until a week after I placed the order. If I hadn't called there would have been no contact. I would have paid a premium for next day service for the same delivery time as the traditional service. Luckily got a refund, but still unacceptable

I will not use Walmart Photo Center again. The following has been my latest experience with the service.I ordered 25 Christmas cards to be printed through the photo centre online in November 2020. On Dec 6 , I received someone else's Christmas cards. I phoned the customer service number provided and waited online a very long time. They agreed to send me the correct cards as a reprint of my original order. When they reprinted they did it as 25 separate orders. The cards had not arrived by Dec 22 and a follow up phone call advised me they were on their way. I received the cards in January 2021 (too late for Christmas! 2020). I opened the box and they had wrapped each card with 2 layers of cardboard and 2 envelopes. A complete waste of packaging materials. I opened one of the packages to confirm the cards were the ones I ordered which they were. I put the box away for Christmas 2021. I just opened the box and each individual wrapped card. Out of 25 cards 9 are not usable due to printing errors. I had other issues last year with other items also needing reprinted due to printing errors. Very frustrating! I would not recommend using Walmart Photo Center no matter what the price.

I was actually not at the photo center but same counter they were so ridiculously rude to me after following me around as if I was going to steal something the entire time I was in the electronic section which was very frustrating considering I am a very regular customer of their store who spends at least a couple of hundred minimum every single time I visit never mind the fact that I have never stole anything ever from the store, nor being suspected of it or so I thought?! The man who was following me around making me extremely uncomfortable the entire time in the electronic section seriously could not have been any more obvious that he was watching to make sure I wasn't stealing stuff stop me when I left that area of the store to continue on with the rest of my shopping and made me pay for the electronic items as well as other items that I had in my cart from other departments I had visited before the electronic section, of course I'm the one responsible to pay the transaction fees having to make an entire extra purchase all together and for what reason I have no idea? Honestly I think he was just being creepy I certainly felt that way or maybe he really did think I was a thief for no reason that I can think of anyway and he certainly didn't treat any of the other customers this way or make them pay for their items before leaving that department which by the way was not sectioned up in any way did not have any type of alarms to walk through that set of the beepers on alarm tags of expensive items if that was the case I could have understood this but it wasn't so therefore I believe he literally was making this rule that I had to pay for my stuff before leaving electronics himself and he wasn't a manager just a regular employee by the way and as I had said earlier I was the only customer that was required to do this also I would want to buy a laptop and they told me that it was past 6:00 p.m. so since the part of the electronic section that sells the laptops is actually a different store all together? And they close at 6:00 p.m. that I would have to come back tomorrow before 6:00 to purchase my laptop, geez I never even thought about this but maybe that's what made me seem suspect the fact that I wanted to buy a laptop typical shoplifters behavior buying expensive electronic items?!... I think not! I will avoid going to this location at all costs in the future and look forward to checking out the new Walmart location at hillside I certainly hope that it's an improvement from the uptown location considering my last visit there and the fact that if I had time to sit here and write a novel I could tell you probably an endless amount of horror stories from past visits to this location and this location only at least in my city actually in any city for that matter. Hopefully you found my review helpful sorry it is very long I'm voice typing and I tend to get carried away also this experience is quite recent and so I still have/had quite a bit of heated feelings towards the matter, being able to vent about it definitely has helped so I appreciate your time listening to this extremely long review as I said and I hope it was helpful.

if your thinking about using these guys to print anything just don't do it. it will take several trips to find your items. The staff don't want to be there. Tried to pickup an order after getting 2 confirmations that my order was ready they claim it's not there. I trust fedex with there tracking more than i trust walmart. Customer service is not helpful in any way

Used self help kiosk to print all of my private photos. The kiosk provided step by step clear direction on how to print my photos. Photos were printed within minutes and in a higher quality than I was expecting. Cheap also. 🍆
