Dr Kotlyar is the only doctor who was able to find out my problems. She and her staff are friendly and very helpful in every way.

0 stars. Very fraudulent activity occurring here. EKG, breathing test and allergy test being done with no indication, without Dr even setting eyes on you. Labs ordered for no indication such as Lyme disease, respiratory illnesses. Conveniently they have an ultrasound tech in office, seems less of a convenience and more of a scam to get more exams done. Sat in the waiting room and several people were called for an ultrasound, seems very weird. Doctor makes you come back to office to discuss results that she doesn't even know are normal or abnormal- just another way to get you to come in so insurance can pay her for a visit.

Would not recommend at all. Many people might think all these additional test being offered is great and thorough, but i assure you NONE of these things should be done without an indication to do it. This is not evidenced based practice being provided here, all just a way to make extra money from you and your insurance company.

My husband had a chest x ray this morning and the same evening called me to inform me of the results.Most doctors today are all business, not Dr. Kotlyer. She is warm, personable,and really shows concern for her patients. Highly recommend her

Love Dr. Kotlyar, best doctor I’ve ever had in my life .... A competent doctor that can be trusted to give educated advise/solutions for health problems.

Despite long wait times in the waiting rooms sometimes, I really like Dr Kotlyar. She is VERY thorough with a variety of tests and was also helpful to me when I was struggling with Lyme. The things offered at this office is almost like a one-stop-shop at times with all the kinds of tests they give/offer. Don't be surprised if you spend almost 2hrs at your appointment with the different testing/waiting room time. But know that your overall health will be checked from head to toe. She has also been very open minded and understanding of some of the natural/homeopathic treatments I'm on. I appreciate that since many previous doctors I've seen either turn up their noses at it or push for strictly pharmaceuticals. I've had some serious chronic illness issues over the years and Dr Kotlyar and her staff have been a big part of my healing progress.
