Phenomenal front desk staff and providers. I love Dr. Solomon — she is super thorough, thoughtful and has good humor as well.
I’ve been searching for a PCP for a while that makes me feel comfortable and their team all around does and is phenomenal.
My only constructive feedback is the waiting time for the doctors. I would suggest you should be ready to spend at least 90 minutes for your appt

Update — I switched from Northwell too and Dr. Solomon was great. Easy to book, they use Elation Passport for communicating which is easy and Doctor actually responds, and confirmed the lab they use is in network with Cigna. Great experience.

Sent my husband here for a physical. Easy to book an appt on Zocdoc and don’t have to wait months. He loved how easy it was and liked the doctor. Just ask what lab they will use for the bloodwork. The one they used for him seemed out of network with Blue Cross. Next time we’ll request another lab to be used.

The doctor I'm seeing is Lori Solomon, who is wonderful, non-judgmental. She is patient and helpful and is willing to work with me. The receptionists are pleasant and very helpful. The office is clean and well maintained.
