Very rude, yelling, arguing, & hanging up the phone on people!! No customer service. Lying about authorizations & doesn't give any explanations! Instead of giving authorizations, they send your patient's elsewhere! HORRIBLE PEOPLE! NEVER AGAIN!

Unprofessional service, both called to express their difficulty to see the patienet after finding out they had to pay for parking and wrote on their record that they “ had difficulty reaching the patient.”

I worked with this company recently to obtain authorization for some crutches and they made the process so easy. The coordinator even reached out to the doctors office for me to get the paperwork needed. I had my crutches delivered the next day. Amazing! Thank you!

From start to finsih, the entire process was seamless on getting a patient discharged and obtaining their medical equipment. I highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them again.

I left a review for strong hearts the place that was recommended by coast care. First off this is the worst first impression I’ve ever had from a place of business if you would even call it that. I have a disabled son and a high risk pregnancy I was cleared to have anemone come for my son. They said someone will come Friday or Saturday. No one showed up. Okay fine so I call Monday they get a nurse out Monday so I can sign papers (mind you the home health aid was supposed to start Monday) so she never starts she is having family issues I totally get it but it’s now Thursday and I called again and was straight up lied to. I spoke to Marylyn that said she tried to call as well as the home health aid and their office, does anyone realize it’s 2023 I can see if I have a missed call. She said voicemails were left too come on. I have no missed calls no voicemails I’m 33 my phones in my hands 99 percent of the time my phone is always charged. I get a really bad vibe from this place and strong hearts as well. I was told that the home health aid will be here tomorrow and I have the strongest feeling she won’t be showing up ? I was told she would call me before the end of the day too and it’s almost 5pm and I don’t have any calls (I’m sure someone will say they tried to call me lol) I just hope this women finally shows up tomorrow. God I’ve never had to call a place so many times and be given the run around so many times in my life. Like do your jobs or tell the damn truth to people that are genuinely relying on your services. I hate leaving bad reviews too but this is a joke at this point. Let’s see if she shows up tomorrow..I’ll update tomorrow to see if she does, 20 bucks says she doesn’t but we will see.

Tried for over 2 years to get a wheelchair from them. They tried telling me the order that my doctor issued citing "assess for adaptive equipment" did not include a wheelchair evaluation and that further paperwork would be needed by my doctor. I was continually told my doctor failed to send paperwork to them when my doctor provided me proof that it was faxed and received. Do yourself a favor and find another DME provider, as this is the worst business in general I have ever dealt with. The staff also are very rude and combative upon confronting them.

No star is more like it. I am paralyzed on the left side of my body after stroke. I have been fighting for 1 year 6 months for Physical therapy and occupational therapy. I get one or two visits that's it. I tried explaining that I can't dress myself, fully paralyzed on left side of body dead weight. All I want is PT and OT. I was told I needed to get out of my wheelchair and go to outpatient. Hello can't drive, fully paralyzed, can't even get dressed by self and they expect me to go to outpatient. How the hell when I can't even get the freaking services I have been fighting for over one year. Called to complaint yeah nothing they made me feel like I was stealing something from them when all I want is to walk again, get PT and OT. And still have not received the wheelchair that I desperately need as mine is falling apart. What the hell am I supposed to do? No help from them whatsoever.
