Excellent service!

We came to Henry’s for our passport photos. The whole process was smooth and professional.

The person was very friendly (sorry I forgot the name of this Indian gentleman). He provided a great customer experience.

Henry's has good inventory with a good number of locations across Ontario. Their return policy was awful. Their website had the wrong info on it and only found that out after opening the box. The manager said they have a strict policy of a 10% restocking fee on returned items that have been opened. So essentially you pay for their mistakes. No issue paying for my mistakes but not theirs.

I’ve been dealing with Sumit from Henry’s in Scarborough, Toronto for around a year now. He is exactly why you deal with an individual instead of buying equipment online only. I purchased my equipment from him and he spent time explaining things to me on how it works, and tips and tricks that I would never have caught watching reviews online. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!
Gave me a great value for my trade In and helped me find the best deal for a sony a7 iv with lenses. These guys really go out there way to make sure you walk out with the nwst possible deal and product. Matthew is the GOAT!! He spent about an hour with me evaluating the gear i brought in and making sure all the products I wanted to to leave with were what I needed and that I got them on time.
