As the block co-ordinator at Andrew Louis, I'm responsible for arranging any day-to-day maintenance.

We needed to survey some of our roofs to highlight issues and problems. Usually, we would get someone on the roof, although that would involve hiring access. Instead, we instructed Highvue to conduct the survey and received high-quality photos.

We can now share these findings with our leaseholders and compare them in the future should any problems arise.

It has been very simple to work with Highvue; it was a case of making the enquiry and getting a date booked. We are very happy with the overall service.
