Dr white is kind and compassionate. She took the time not only to listen to my issues but she also took the time to explain my condition to me. She made sure all of my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Dr White takes the time to listen to your current issues and discusses different options available which may help improve your medical condition. She presents a very pleasant and professional attitude towards her patients, and treats them with respect and concern! The staff is very attentive, professional and polite during every visit! Always pleased with each visit!

Frances White, FNP-BC was very kind and extremely easy to talk to. I was able to convey my concerns and get the answers my own practitioner was not addressing. I would highly recommend this office, as each staff I came in contact with was very professional and friendly !!

I do not have much to say, I was not told over the phone exactly where the place was located in Reedley, CA. So that was an inconvenience even while using Google maps, it was hard to see exactly where the place was or the description. My other experience was I had filled out a medical record online but still had to fill out another medical record there since I am a new patient.
I did not get to meet the doctor because I was told he/she was in surgery which could of been brought up earlier in the day to reschedule instead of wasting my time. Overall it was not impressed on how they handle their new clients, they need to improve their cliches is all I have to say, at the moment. Plus the nurse practitioner was kind of rude when zi was discussing my overall complaint I have had two ersys done, they only received my x-ray on my hip, someone had not received all my information. Right at this moment I am disappointed, by the nurse practitioners rudeness which kind reflects on the rest of the staff the only one who was kind was the medical assistant in the room. So she get's a well done approval, but her nurse practitioner needs better way of addressing new clients, without rudeness.
