This company is fantastic! I've been working with Haulmark Services for about a year now and they've always come through for me, plus they have the best prices out of all the freight companies I've worked with (and I've worked with most of them). They have great customer service which is not common, taking under consideration that I'm a small company with low volume, but they still treat me like I'm their top customer. I would recommend Haulmark Services to anyone who ships freight.

Despite clear agreements, this broker failed to honor payment terms and displayed terrible delays in communication. They were claiming there were boxes missing, this was reported immediately since my factoring company pointed out, we have lumper receipt showing what they received, we have escale tickets showing truck weight right after loading it, evidence kept piling up, yet they refused full payment.
Zero accountability and utter disregard for commitments. Stay away for your financial well-being! They are scammers!!

when we get to the pickup they said we are gonna be loaded at 8PM i receive the call from the driver 8AM in the morning they said the load still not ready and they not know when its gonna be ready...so we call all the receivers to find out till what time they open...both of them was closing at 3pm on friday and not open on SAT, SUN...so we would have to deliver on MONDAY ONLY...we call broker tell them that this load is not going to happen because the product is not ready they said you have to stay there...load was paying 500$ and our expenses per day with Ryder truck and leased Reefe 190 per day plus we have to pay the driver 150 layover for each day also we have load from Mcallen, TX that was paying us 4500$ going to brooklyn and we told him it not worth it for us to lose this load, we told them this up on the booking their load...this broker said he will pay us 150$ only so we told them we leaving from there...but this is was drop off trailer load so the broker call shipper and told them to put one pallet so we couldn't leave the facility and tell us if we leave its gonna be a claim on us...we reply to them with email that in one hour if they not gonna let us leave from there we calling police to make report that driver stay there for over 14 hours with no food and they holding our trailer as a hostage and threaten us with a claims for load that we not going to do and many times we ask them to take this off our trailer and give back to us our property...broker stop answering at that time...so we have no other choice that call police to get our driver and trailer out there...when police come our driver explain the situation and they go to the office talk to manager of that facility and got scary of what they doing, police officer told them: this is was not legal moves from your side and you have 10 min to bring trailer that belong to BKNY Transport without any of your product inside...in 10 min we got our trailer back also they give us detention sheet with all the hours on it
