I first became aware of Steven and Admirable Inspection Services when one of his inspection reports came across my desk a few years ago. We are Roofing Contractors that take any concern of leaks pretty seriously. We had a roof where water was pooling at end of shingles. There was water coming down in front of face between fascia board and recently lowered gutters. No sign of leakage into home or soffit area. However we wanted to be absolutely absolutely sure that there was no risk of water. Steve from Admirable showed up within 30 minutes. He did tests on fascia board, inside, attic space and using his technology was able to give our customers peace of mind that the only thing needed was some gutter modifications. His roof was dry and leak free and all wood was sealed in. Steve and Jenn were both awesome to deal with. He inspected our condo prior to removing conditions. I was able to book my appointment online and quickly received confirmation. Steve is a super nice guy, very knowledgeable and extremely thorough which was much appreciated!! He emailed out a detailed report within hours of the original inspection with tons of information included. My mother is a retired real estate agent and she said she hasn't met a more thorough inspector in her 20 yrs in real estate. His price is very good as well!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!

If you need help with anything in your home, Admirable Inspection Services are the ones to call. I needed work done in my attic. Also Steve referred me to an amazing company to fix my fireplace. Professional, friendly, and Steve explained everything in detail that needed to be done.

I still need the insulation redone/filled in the attic, and a fence gate. I will definitely be calling them back in the future.

We met Steve through a first home buyers seminar. Based on the presentation and the information provided we decided to hire Steve! Steve is very professional and thorough when it came to our home inspection for our new home! He came prepared and had all the materials and gadgets he needed! I believe he did not miss a thing. He was on top of the roof, in the attic etc.... He found some issues that would of costed us a lot of money in the long run to fix and in turn we had the builders fix the issues before agreeing to remove conditions!
