If I could give negative stars I would. Went in to get my daughter’s permit and the very rude large lady with gray hair takes her for her eye test and then smirks the entire time my daughter attempts to take it, only to fail her. She states we need to get an eye exam from a doctor. We do that, she passes no problem, and we return the same day with proof from the doctor. We are THEN told by a different extremely rude person who doesn’t look us in the eye or smile that we have to go BACK to the doctor and get the mvd form filled out. I absolutely could not believe this, WHY didn’t the first unhelpful person give us the paperwork before we left So we end up with no permit and this unprofessional group turned what was an exciting day for us into something we would rather forget. We both felt as if they took pleasure in making our time here as difficult as possible. It was not like this 3 years ago when I came in for my driver’s license. This place has gone downhill and we will be doing our business elsewhere.

5 star all the way! I had a very sweet young lady and a very nice gentleman with my driving test yesterday. They were excellent! The center is very clean and professional.

Took my brother whom moved here from OR to get a AZ ID. There systems went down right when I paid $47 in cash for the transaction and I wanted a receipt. She tried to give me a receipt that only showed their processing fee. I asked for a receipt for the amount I paid so we had to wait for the systems to come back up. While we're waiting and waiting for an update, the csr that was working with us had disappeared. I had to ask another csr if the systems were up as I kept watching customers come and go. I went up a second time to ask if the systems were back up and asked where the csr that was helping us went. I was told she went to lunch. She had not informed us of that she was going to lunch and that someone else would be helping us. When I let it be known that I was upset at what I was hearing and started to walk away to go wait some more, a guy calls out to me and hands me the receipt. This after 25 minutes of waiting with no explanation. Needless to say, it was upsetting. So unprofessional! ?

Staff were friendly and it didn’t take crazy long. However, it’s a bit underhanded to have a third party dmv on the corner by the sign for the official dmv. Also ADOT signs are plastered everywhere and only a small sign in the back signifies it’s not the normal DMV (which I didn’t see until after I had waited an hour and was called up.

Also these third party locations are notorious for not adding or having records of motorcycle or cdl endorsements.

I wish I would have realized that it was a third party place to inform the biker guy who was trying to figure out why it didn’t show he had a motorcycle endorsement that he’s had for 40 years.

After going to the MVD in SURPRISE and receiving horrible service we decided to come here. Kierra was amazing, she made us feel welcomed Michael who helped us the second time around was also amazing, everything went smoothly the driving instructor was very well to my daughter and gave good directions I highly recommend this place best experience yet !

I didn’t know this was a third party place . I was taking a left turn , saw the dmv board right on the street leading to this office. The actual dmv is opposite this office, right across the street . They were charging $68 for a drivers licence . I waited for one hour , before I realized this was third party and the price . The lady at the window was kind enough to let me know , there is a dmv right across the street . I walked in there , there was a line , but was cleared off pretty soon . They charge a lot more than dmv, please be aware

There were only 3 people in line.. waited over 45 min. This poor excuse of a business is no better than the state DMV. Guess I shouldn't be expect fast service when the staff is making $12 per hour. Waste of my time.. save your money and time - avoid this place. I'm certain that the management doesn't care at all about my complaint (or complaints from others). And so it goes..

The staff here were very welcoming, especially a young girl, whose name I forgot (I remember wearing a pair of stylish jeans with a few holes in the knees), who was very helpful. I'm Chinese and don't understand English. She was still very patient and helped me use Google Translate. I'm very grateful to her. There was also a female supervisor who was very friendly and patiently helped me. Thank you so much!
