I had such a wonderful experience using this Photo Lab. The customer service and attention to detail that I received are truly unmatched. Paul reached out to me a few times throughout the process of me printing two large photos to clarify exactly what I wanted, which I super appreciated instead of him making an assumption or printing my art any kind of way. You can tell he works from a place of love, and shared his knowledge of even how I should handle my prints when I came to pick them up. As a local photographer, this will be my go to printer moving forward because from my first and only experience using them, they established trust that they will handle my art with care and deliver a high quality product worthy of framing. I’m very appreciative of the gentleman who helped me get some old polavision tapes converted to digital. I had been searching for over a year to find a place that would convert them for me when I just stumbled into this lab. The staff was super friendly and you could tell they loved what they do. I thank them for handling my film with care and being able to get me videos that haven’t been seen since around the 80’s. Also I want to thank them for converting some old 8mm tapes for me that make it possible to hear my moms voice who I lost when I was 11. Definitely a super emotional experience and I appreciate everything they did for me to be able to see these❤️

Best place for getting photos restored, developed, transferring VHS tapes, etc. I brought them over 45 tapes I had since 1997. Wanted to get them transferred but didn’t want to ship them out and worry about them getting lost in transit. They did an amazing job in a short amount of time and transferred them all to a thumb drive that I can plug into my smart TV and watch. Everything is organized by files. Our kids were so excited to watch memories of them from the last 26 years. I have not seen better prices on this anywhere, even shipping somewhere else and having done.
