I went there years ago for my passport photo and the guy on the counter, a middle aged white man with a European accent, glared at me as I politely stated my business of being there. After my photo was taken I lingered in the store to wait for my pics. The same guy watched and followed my every move as I look at the merchandise and thinking if I could buy myself a camera. My thinking was shattered when I heard him say "crazy" while looking at me. The young man working with him giggled. I will never go there again and apparently I wasn't his only victim. I have spoken to others and they said they were also a victim of this rude man's behaviour. Sometimes I would walked by the store and that sorry state of a human being is still working there.

Super nice folks at this location. Went in for passport photos, and was in and out in 10 minutes with printed and digital copies in hand. Couldn't be better.

On May the 9th, I went to this Broadway Surrey branch for the first time to have my parents' photo re stamp on the back. Yutaka attended to me. He was nice, understanding and kind. He gave me some advices on how to submit the PR application. Because I was undecided which route to submit the application-paper/online. He kindly let me have a soft copies of the photos, which I eventually decided to submit via online. I am thankful for what he did because we managed to get the new PR card in less than 2 wks! Very friendly service. Staff were not pressuring and were absolutely available to answer my questions. I found a Joby gorillapod on sale and was very impressed by the sale price ($49). I wish they had a location in Victoria.
