This office is just wonderful from start of appointment to finish. Dr Livingston was so kind, helpful and informative. We left better educated about what testing was being done on my daughter and why. This practice is beautiful and so are the staff!

Highly recommend. Hearing aids work best when your hearing been tested by the professionals. The experts then recommend an appropriate hearing aid for your loss. Love my hearing aids, and the app makes them very versatile. Great staff!

I'm so very happy to have my new hearing aids. Also the lady that helped with activated them also explaining everything to me. And I was also had the pleasure to meet the new lady Dr. I think her name is Dr. Perez . Very nice too .

I lost one of my hearing aids and was happy to find an audiologist in Sebring through whom I could order a replacement. Thanks to Dr. Livingston for testing my hearing and for programming the hearing aids once the replacement arrived. Thank you too to her very capable assistant Ira who handled the paper work and told me about some features on my Phonak app of which I was not aware.

So Dr. Livingston was THE FIRST to ever EXPLAIN to me clearly what is going on with my hearing!!!! Although my hearing tests were all “normal” my hearing is starting to decline, deteriorate and my cells are breaking down. So I could use amplifiers if I choose. Before needing actual hearing aids in the future.
Carmen Rivera, the audiologist assistant was great also. Very nice and helpful!
The receptionist Samantha was awesome! Great helpful cheerful attitude despite being short staffed.

Never once in 15 years, had any ear doctor put a hearing aid in my ear and for 15 years, I have only heard half the world until the hearing center loan me a set of hearing aids to try. It made me so emotional that I could really hear people talking. Their office is A+ and the staff and nurses and doctors are at 10 for helping me with my problem and we just begun… Thank you again, Sam
