Since my main review doesn't fit. I'll keep it simple on here. After we waited 6 hours to be seen (we had an appointment and NO, a doctor did not see us) we left running out of this business. The whole surgery is paid for and I still prefer to take my chances regarding a refund. That should tell you something! Full of red flags that I kept trying to avoid, from the long wait time, to the atm in the lobby with people constantly taking money out, and the $80 Flu/Covid test. I asked them what covid test they were going to administer to my lady and they said it was going to be a Covid blood fingerprick test. Spoiler alert... it wasn't that kind of test. It seems like all the positive reviews are from new "reviewers". Maybe it's in order to drop all the bad comments. Please be aware!!

Gentleman, and you ladies reading this. I have spent hours writing this, not to bash this company, but so all of you understand what to expect. Could they have great doctors? Perhaps! Could their price deals still make this horrendous process worth it? Maybe!

It’s all up to you. I just want to make sure you really understand what you are getting into. We thought it was going to be TOTALLY different. It seems that no proper medical care is given in CG Cosmetics. To think it's only like this up until you are asleep on the medical table and then that everything is perfect would just be WISHFUL thinking in my opinion. Again, make your decision with your best interest at heart but set realistic expectations. This isn't a health clinic, this is a BUSINESS clinic. They are quick to take money, sounds like not so quick to give it back. You might not see your doctor UNTIL the very same day of surgery, and appointments are just placeholders. They don't mean anything. I wasn't the only one fed up. There was a group of girls who traveled in to get surgery complaining right next to me that they were hungry because they were told that they couldn't eat for pre-op but were waiting all day for their appointment. The business has no consideration for your time! That is all. You get what you pay for!

Men, at one point, I felt disgusting while I was in the waiting room. How could I let my lady go to a place like this? Do I have no pride? PLEASE!! Heade, my warning, and if you care about your lady at all, find somewhere else. I made the mistake of not going overseas to (save time). We will be doing that now. CG Cosmetics is the epitome of what's wrong with the medical field in our country. Truly sad to see what medicine has become. Felt so bad for the ladies who were by themselves traveling directly from the airport. Men, don’t try to save money, have pride in yourselves and your women. I would have felt ashamed to promote CG Cosmetics had my woman followed through with the surgery. I’ll say it as simple as this. You couldn’t pay me to take my woman nor my mother, to get a procedure done at CG.

It seems that I made the right decision to follow my gut about this place. My lady's surgery was supposed to be today and last night some other patient wrote a bad review about the exact same doctor who was going to operate on her. CLOSE CALL!

Did my breast augmentation here. Loved everyone especially the follow up team. They always made me feel welcomed and they helped me out tremendously. The IV therapy helped me feel way better would recommend to anyone else who gets a surgery here. The doctors were also very attentive of me and answered all my question and concerns. It’s been one week since my breast augmentation. I can say my recovery time has been better than expected. While I still have a long way to go, Dr. Hunsaker and his team did a terrific job! The day of surgery everyone was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable.
I had to give 4/5 stars because of the Post-Op team. Every post-op patient should be treated with tremendous care and support. I felt 1/5 support and care from them during my two visits. I felt extremely rushed and was given a few instructions and then was pushed out the door. I feel it was/is up the that team to provide the absolute best care and it lacked.
All and all thanks everyone at CG ?

I had my breast augmentation surgery last week, and while I’m satisfied with the results and feel confident in Dr. Hunsaker’s skill, my overall experience with CG Cosmetics left a lot to be desired. Recovery is going well so far, and the surgery itself went smoothly. However, the process leading up to it was disappointing.

There was a clear lack of genuine care or empathy from the office staff. They were often rushed, dismissive, and unorganized. If your appointment is set for a certain time, be prepared to wait at least two additional hours. It was frustrating and made an already nerve-wracking process feel even more stressful.

As for Dr. Hunsaker, while he clearly knows what he’s doing and did a great job with the procedure, I only got 15 minutes to talk to him on the day of surgery. That was the first real opportunity I had to understand what I was getting done, which felt rushed and impersonal.

CG Cosmetics is unfortunately infamous for its poor customer service, and that reputation holds true. The experience as a patient—before, during, and after surgery—matters just as much as the procedure itself. Patients deserve to feel cared for, not like they’re just another number.

That said, you do get skilled surgeons at a competitive price, so it’s not all bad. If you can handle the chaotic process and lack of customer service, the final results are worth it.

Everything went pretty smooth. All the staff were super nice… Dr Dillon did a good job i can’t wait to see the result. Dr Dillon is super awesome. Evelyn did a wonderful job with my massage, she so sweet and answers all my questions and explained me everything I need to know. I would recommend this facility for your surgery
