Really impressed with the turnaround time for the report, and how detailed and easy to understand this was. Chris was very professional and friendly, and offered a call to explain all the main areas of concern. He explained this in a way that put this in to context for us, which was particularly useful considering we are first time buyers! The price was very transparent and included VAT, so no hidden costs (which other surveyor quotes had).

Chris was incredibly thorough with his survey - he was quick to respond and his survey report was informative and easy to navigate. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Provided clear information about the service upfront, easy to reach on the phone, efficient process. Due to a cancellation Chris was able to do my survey sooner than originally planned. The report was comprehensive, and detailed with photos. Easy to arrange a call afterwards for an open chat with Chris that really helped me get my head around what I should do next. Thank you so much!
