This guy is a joke. All I have is a misdemeanor probation violation and I have been to court on 5 different occasions. Mr. Clement he as only showed up 1 out of the 5 times I have had court. He never returns phone calls, his office if that's what you want to call it is run down like a abandoned house and has a lad lock on the front door. I have called and left him voicemails a total of 26 times over the past 4 months and I have yet to receive a phone call back. It's ok though, I have retained another lawyer and I can't wait until my next court date so I can look him in the face and tell him that he is hands down the worst attorney that I have ever met and he is FIRED.

Andrew Clement is a seasoned jewell in the law community of Cabarrus County. He is "The working man's attorney ", affordable, reasonable, and diligent in his service to the struggling! I had a felony charge that came back to haunt me from 9 years ago and my bond was unreasonably set, Andrew gave me a price I could live with and in two months time had the charge dismissed!! I would strongly recommend Mr.Clement to anyone looking for victory! Do not mess around with your freedom! If I could give no stars I would. Not reliable at all, never returns calls, texts, or emails. Informed me of the wrong court date which resulted in a FTA bench warrant. Then had the audacity to ask for more money to overturn the bench warrant he caused. He has no resourceful assistants/employees working for him as far as i can tell. I wasn't a court appointed case, I paid about 2k to be represented by someone I hoped had my best interest in mind...boy was I wrong. He seems to be too busy handling court appointed cases.

Doesnt return calls and ignores messages and keeps your money. Me and my fiance were going to obtain him but couldn't afford to keep paying him so we didnt retain him and he didn't perform any services so I have requested a refund numerous times with no response. My fiance's name is James Randy Wynn. Now my fiance is locked up because of his warrants and Mr. Clements has done nothing and still won't return the money we sent him

I have been leaving voicemails for Mr. Clement for almost 6 months now and I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ONE PHONE CALL BACK!
What a joke!!
Sad part is that he's my court appointed attorney!
