I think they do a wonderful job of their photos. However, for school I wish that there was the option to get original photographs with the school background, instead of choosing backgrounds. Also, wish more package deals for the magnets, they are perfect to put inside cards at Christmas, would love a bigger bundle deal for these. I got Mother’s Day photos done in the mall by Lance, few years back and 💯 Well done. With the little ones, sometimes I wish the photo would be taken right away. Lance has been quick when my son was little, one time one of the ladies was trying to get the perfect photo and even when I said take the photo right away, she didn’t. I knew my son would cry if it wasn’t quick snap, so I didn’t want to waste even a second.

Concept takes our children's school photos and we are always happy with the ease in ordering. The delivery is quick and the results of the pictures are instantly in our email the day the pictures are taken. School pictures are a real tradition for so many and they do it very well.

Was great ordering 2 8×10 pictures of my sons. But when I tried to order the same size of my daughter the page knot crashing, and the only way I could actually order hee picture was if I ordered a package that was $50. Not very impressed that's for sure.

Thank you Lance for your fantastic and personalized customer service!!! Just called trying find my daughters grad photos from 2018. We met Lance at North Town Center, Nanaimo, when his studio was offering “Winter Family Photos” at the mall. We didn’t really know what to expect, aside from knowing that the set up was the best we have seen.

I have to say that Lance provided a truly professional, easy going, and magical experience. He made us all feel at ease, worked effortlessly with us, and interacted with our 20month old daughter amazingly.

For being a “mall photo shoot”, Lance treated it and us as a studio quality session, took creative control, and provided us with so many creative portraits of our daughter (compared to the standard sit on a couch).

Can’t speak highly enough! If you need a photographer, this is the guy to have.
