I’m trying to get help and ask questions they’re refusing to even help you out. I asked them simple, basic questions about unemployment and they go off saying that they’re not unemployment. When they are you come here to file for it

It's okay but I've had issues with an ex friend Desiree Angelique Allen her mother Dawn Marie Allen as well as Ronald James Buchanan for identity theft from 2009-2010.

I have had her harrass me non stop from her current phone number, multiple random voip numbers, on my Gmail, when I had Google voice she harrased me non stop from different phone numbers. I have had to block her on every social media account ever and have encouraged my fiance David to do the same.

This is honestly insane. My father Stephen Douglas Paul Engler is a United States veteran and is 71 and retired. He has worked his entire life since he was a teenager, my mother Anne Marie Engler as well. My sister Melissa Marie O Connor sadly has done the same she's almost 42 and has been experiencing this as well.

DES has been made aware of this anonymously as well but because these people had my case number and pretend to be me with identity theft it literally just gets tossed aside.

I have had to change my pin number for my food stamps card multiple times due to false reports they've made amongst me and no one is supposed to know your pin at all but somehow Desiree looking right at my pin when we are at the grocery store for des dies not constitute identity theft.

I have had so many issues with this family due to their lies my fiance and family as well yet somehow Des just lets it go.

Not enough evidence not our problem. We only work in continue with your insurance identity and SSI which has also been used fraudulently. So if you were to have a medical emergency or needed food, we would let you die, no biggie

Cannot get anyone to answer the phone or respond to an email. The site says that my last 6 payments are in progress, them going all over the site says there is 2 problems, nowhere on site does it tell you what the problem is so I can correct it. Every one of my emails came back telling how to change my password , I am not having a problem with my password, this seems to be the standard response to every question. Phone line (every single one goes to the same place regardless of which number you call) constantly tells you to go to website even though it doesn't answer my question. Call at 6.59am told opening at 8am, call at 7.01am and told queues are full go to......you guessed it, the website. This is beyond frustrating, need money for medications.

Why is every person that answers the phone. So rude. . . . I was just asking a question. If you dont know, just say so. You dont need to degrade me. By telling me I should know what I'm doing. If you've never heard of the program. Then ask a Colleague. If I say I'm in the system. Then Look me up. I Asked for a supervisor.
And I was Refused to speak to one. I dont know how many times I called until a person that answers the phone says they dont offer the program at that location. That was my only question. Thank you, have a nice day. Terrible customer service.

The best time to go is early in the morning. If you can handle everything over the phone and upload all your documents that would be better than waiting in line. The office is clean and the staff is helpful.

The phone lines have been down for weeks and the website gives you no information. The lose my paperwork and stopped my benefits for 3 weeks now and I still don’t even know why. The website just says “unpaid due to active issues”. How does this happen and not be allowed to talk to someone on the phone. Is the office even open? Can I drive to the office and speak to someone?

She was polite and very helpful. She explained the services that they provide to assist you with returning back to work. It's a great resource and should be utilized more than it is..
