I just received an email from these people. My doctor (they are a couple) just charged me $220 to fill out a form. I make $40 000/yr. Now these vultures are pushing an annual fee.
Not good people.

Agree with other reviewers. Rude, ignorant agent continuously spoke over me. Tried numerous times in last 4 weeks to complete online payment however their online payment "method" does not work properly (yet I have no issues paying on other merchant sites). Doctors Services Group prompts user to save payment info for "next time", err no thank you.

In near Ottawa and now I have to pay for my Dr to do any paperwork because of this company she is with. When your on odsp you can't afford things alot of the time let alone the yearly fee or the per form

Biggest scam out here, got a letter regarding this service in the mail last week from my daughters doctor. In the letter we were told NOT to call the doctors office to call this company directly if I had any questions. When I called I spoke with an extremely rude person(disgustingly rude words can’t explain) she had very little knowledge to share regarding what this was and when asked for government information she gave me the wrong website three different times (yes I called back three times to try and get the correct website) after the third time calling and speaking to someone else I was still not able to get a website with information regarding what exactly this is for and why I would need it . So I decided to try and look it up my self and I found out it is pointless honestly, it is basically a way for this company and doctors to make more money from patients. If you receive this letter I suggest NOT doing it.
You will be paying an annual fee for services you most likely will never use and if you do use the services it might be around 20 dollars or so.

If I could give no stars I would.

Thanks for making Canadians pay for basic health care. Charging $25 so my Dr. can receive a fax from my pharmacist.

If your Doctor uses this service you might want to switch Doctors.

Called and spoke to a man who was incredibly rude and condescending. I asked to speak with someone else and a woman answered who identified herself as a Supervisor/Manager who briefly described the program and how it works and told me that I am "lucky" that I have not paid for some of the services I have been receiving from my doctors office. I explained that the first person I spoke to was rude and it did not paint a good picture for them or my doctors office for using them and she did not seem to care. I will be calling my doctors office to discuss this unpleasant interaction with this unprofessional company.
