I’ve been coming here for a few months now to get prints and develop film and overall its been a great experience. The staff are always friendly and patient and I really appreciate being able to support a local business.

That said there’s one issue that makes visits a bit uncomfortable. One of the employees has a very strong body odor and in a small space it’s hard not to notice. Sorry for being so blunt, I really don’t mean to be rude, but I feel it’s something management should be aware of. Aside from that it’s a great place with good service.

Recommended my dad to take a photo for document. Photo was rejected and during retake they charged him again .It seems that the manager has to be around so things get done properly. Manager was also defensive of her their services. My dad brought in the old photo and the receipt and the manager said that he was supposed to have asked for her, where in my opinion all staff should know and honor their offer, specially because my dad said he did not want the refund ,he only wanted a retake at no charge. Spoke to manager on the phone and she said she will refund him for the retake, now he has to go there a third time. I no longer recommend DON'S PHOTO.

The best place in Winnipeg for amazing quality photo prints. I’ve done Christmas cards and enlargements that have always turned out great. Very true colors in the prints. Also have had passport photos done here that were good. I had two young children one was a baby and they did a great job. They guarantee their passport photos so if the photo is rejected, you can go back and they’ll take and print you a new one at not additional cost.

This store continually impresses me. I was visiting Winnipeg for a wedding over the Christmas Break and asked them to hold a lens for me to capture a wedding. Not only did they hold it, but I was late by a day and it was still waiting for me behind the counter! I also got a bonus due to a promotion. Great service as always! Support local!

Had a great experience buying a used camera+lens. The 14 day return period was perfect, as it gave me some time to make sure I was happy with the new kit.

This place offers alot of services, however picture developing should not take 6 days for a small business. Prices are higher rhan we expected also. Went down and had pictures done at a store in Grand Forks for 1/4 the price and they were ready in 2 hours. Due this reason alone, we probably wouldn't come back often unless ir was absolutely necessary. Staff are friendly.

They largest tshirt they carry for photo printing is XL. I need XXL 😟 They won't let me bring my own NEW XXL tshirt to finish my order. They won't work with me

After reading the reviews, I realized that it didn't seem like it to me today. The staff is acting strangely and passively aggressive. Not only is there no product from Panasonic or for the L Mount system presented in this store, but when asked about these products, an incomprehensible answer followed in a passively aggressive style with subtitles on the face clearly expressing some kind of contemptuous attitude. Although there are objects for L Mount and camera in the online store. As I understand it, the staff themselves formed the assortment of this store by excluding this type of goods from it. If possible, I will avoid shopping in this store. It's a very strange place.
