I've been seeing Dr. Papica for over 12 years. I think he is a great doctor and truly cares about my health. All of the staff has always been friendly and helpful.

I read a review about the lady at the front desk, it was horrible and extremely untrue. Selena goes above and beyond her duties. She is very friendly and helpful.

I will continue to see Dr. Papica, he's one of the best in Midland.

I went in for a general check up, I was nervous and was trying to keep in mind the questions I had for the doctor. However, when he came in, I felt rushed. And because I was already in a heightened state of anxiety I was unable to voice my concerns to the doctor meaningfully.

I mentioned EXTREME menstrual pain, to the point that it is interfering with my ability to work. Dr just suggested continuing to take pain pills, which is not what I wanted to hear. Taking the amount of pain pills I do, is not sustainable long-term and the pain is simply unbearable.

And rather than focus on providing me a solution to a years long issue, he focused more attention towards my weight and pushed for appetite suppressants.

I felt unheard, dismissed, and overall, uncared for.

Dr Papica is a great doctor and takes the time to discuss your illness or condition and what the treatment approach will be. I appreciate the way he is to the point when necessary, but understanding as well. If you want a quick in and out visit with no follow-up then you might be better off going to an emergency care clinic. He has been my primary doctor for over 10 yrs.

The lady at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. She plays the victim and hangs up when you call her out for being rude. Wouldn't let me speak and kept interrupting me for a DOB. We'll get to that. To the front desk lady, Your problem is not my problem. Get a different job if you cant handle answering phone calls. I see this isn't the only complaint you have about your attitude.

The DR needs to do himself a favor and replace her. The fact that she still has her job amazes me.

The manager isn't much better and offered NO apology. She just wanted me off the phone. My guess, she believes the lady who has multiple complaints on her.

The DR interrupts as well. I left messages for him and he never returned my call.

This was my FIRST visit.

Not sure about the doctor. Didn’t get a chance to schedule. Whoever answers calls could care less about talking to you and always gave attitude. If it’s that busy, get more staff. If you don’t want to work- don’t work and especially in a healthcare setting. I expected more. Going with another provider.

Good doctor but requires you to come back for every single thing. Blood results they will not released to you and are forced to be seen by appointment just to be told everything fine. If you get medication you will need to also have constant follow ups to have your refills. For people who work and can’t be constantly missing this is a problem. Seems like it’s more about getting you in and making money. Disappointed after going here awhile. You might want to see a doctor who will have nurses give you results over the phone or set up follow up appointments at least 6 months to see how medications are working and not be required to come in after 4 weeks for every single thing.

I love the staff and the Dr. he is very good at explaining everything and yes you have to go back but it’s because he wants to see how everything is going and making sure his medical plan is working for you. I love this office and atmosphere totally recommend him 😊

Never seen at appointed time. Example: I had a 10:30 appt and fasted, witnessed a guy come in after me and tell the lady at the front desk that he had an appt later in the day but just needed bloodwork because he couldn’t fast until 3 due to hunger. Shockingly they took him back before me after I sat there until almost 11.
