First off, may I say that the office was full of up to date equipment, clean, and the staff were all very friendly. I know they do good work and help a lot of people, so for that I still give them a three star. I chose them for good reviews from friends and to get a second opinion because my past fillings have been traumatic. My teeth did not tolerate it well and I ended up having to have a root canal recommendation on one, another tooth pulled, and pain that I still have today from 2 fillings I got a year ago. I explained this at my first visit and was told that they would put a special gel in prior to my filling that should help. I called them prior to my appointment to ask if I could just get one filling done instead of all four just to make sure that their way of doing it, my mouth could handle. Instead, I was informed that that is not their policy, that they don't do one filling at a time, and referred me to another dentist. I have never heard of such a policy and I'm saddened to hear that their particular office does not meet each and every patient's need. Instead they have an across the board policy that does not fit individualized patients. As if I am a number rather than a person. If they read my chart they would also see I have generalized anxiety disorder, which obviously is not something they take into consideration either. I have a fear of dental procedures mainly due to past bad experiences and their office cannot accommodate that, which is disappointing. They have a questionnaire in their office asking what fears their patients have so they can better accommodate them. And yet when they are given the opportunity to help with that, they don't. I hope in the future they will reconsider this policy to better help more people in the community.

The girls that work here are simply the best! Dr Owen is extremely knowledgeable, quick, and experienced! His office has the newest equipment available for all dental needs. We started coming to Dr Owen after another local dentist had to keep referring my husband to other specialists to have work done. We have been coming here for years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Owen and his staff have always treated our family with care and professionally. I recently had an implant done with no issues, also a crown same day in office with all the latest technology, the cost I consider was very reasonable.

Thank you Dr. Owens, and Theresa for taking care of me today, and on such a short notice. I was seen really quickly. The office is very nice and clean. Appreciated the up to date equipment that I had not seen before. All of the staff was nice and friendly. Had a great experience, and plan on continuing to see you in the future.

Dr Owen office will be billing you , even when dr. Owen does not see you or talk to you. Fraudulent billing, poor diagnosis . Megan very sweet at first but if u bring up a concern , Megan will yell at you and accuse you.

Worst! If you don’t pay half, they will not do the treatment. Then they charge you for the half saying that they’re going to file collections against you! Beware! They are more interested in money
