Mike and his crew are great people. He helped me find exactly what I needed, kept me from buying a stabilizer I didn't need, and hook me up with the right microphone. He even went so far as to meet me to help with pick up. Really above and beyond, I'd recommend him to anyone. Thanks!

Came by to repair my Mavic pro gimbal bracket. the Technician was super professional and had it ready to fly after gimbal set up at that same day. Prices were really fair and the guy knew exactly what he was doing, and was friendly as well. Highly recommended for any kind of drone service!

I've been in touch with DJI daily. We have filled a large amount of orders to date.
We along with other dealers have had to deal with multiple shipping delays, low production rates, being told we may only get 3-5 per week.
So you think you've been scammed? You haven't seen all the behind the scenes effort to get you your order. I'm glad to give you a refund right now.
Just let me know.

You're right, I haven't seen what you've been doing; you haven't communicated it to me. You may have been chatting with DJI, but you've left me in the dark. I'm sure you can understand that giving someone $1300 and not knowing what's going on for 2 months would be concerning.
No, I don't want a refund. The last thing I want is to start the waiting process over. I just want a realistic expectation of when I should be receiving the drone.

Mike and his team do great work out of a small space inside Battery Bill. Of course they sell UAVs, accessories and parts, but also do repairs, and even provide direct services like aerial photography or inspection jobs.

Recently I bought my first drone, a DJI Mavic Pro, from Drone Services Hawai‘i and I’m glad that I did! All of the employees here are friendly and very willing to chat and give advice about buying drones and accessories as well as give recommendations. You can also ask them questions too & get most repairs done here too. Before I forget, they also offer training classes for those wanting to get a Part 107 commercial drone pilot license too.
