Had a great experience at Drone fly today with my 10 year old nephew. We brought in my old phantom 4 replaced the battery and got a new controller so he can start his new drone pilot journey. Angel was
extremely helpful and there was a manager in there that was helpful and helped us out with military discount.I’m Really grateful for their customer service. They even gave my nephew a present to put under the tree. He’s really excited to start his new pilot journey, and they really made an impression on him and me. Thank you guys. I’ll definitely be back whenever. I need more repairs or replacement parts.

This company, does not repair unmanned aerial vehicles. They can only change it for a lot of money from one block to another.

I'm a professional drone pilot. I had a problem with the gimbal of my drone, I told you about it when I gave the drone. Thomas guaranteed that they would repair my drone, since they are engaged in repairing industrial drones. But in the end I was told they couldn't fix the gimbal. They took the money upfront, and then I got a letter from them saying they were expecting another $ 800 from me. And when I asked them to return the drone, they didn't get in touch for 4 days, ignoring my emails.

These are scammers who will make you pay in advance, and then you will be held hostage. This is how companies make money now.

I'm very sorry that the robbery is happening this way. This company does not repair unmanned aerial vehicles. They can only change it for a lot of money from one block to another. Now I have a very bad experience with this company.

I needed quick turn around for a drone repair, they were very patient with me as i had clear instructions about needing the drone fast and ready for pick up in the next few days. They went above and beyond with helping me and communicating with me every step of the way. I received an email that the drone was ready the very next day! I set up a time to pick it up and was met outside with my working drone and they gave me the broken parts back just in case. Very friendly and efficient! Highly Recommend.

My drone is used several times weekly to shoot various elements for broadcast. Dronefly is the only place I trust to look over my drone and fix any issues or to just make sure nothing needs replacing. They are the only company I send my drone to, because they have fair pricing, do great work, and are honest and knowledgeable to deal with. You actually can reach a live person at the company who is U.S. based should one call with any questions. The staff are all terrific. Keep up the OUTSTANDING WORK and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They came highly recommended from a professional drone pilot working in Hollywood, and I was not disappointed! I am fortunate to live in Los Angeles so I was able to drop off my broken Mavic Pro (bent arm, broken gimbal and camera), and it was repaired in less than 24 hours! (Not saying that is the norm, only my experience.)

They were understanding as to my problem, including not wanting to pay too much for the repair... even suggesting that if the repair was too pricey I should ask if they might have a refurbished unit available... and to ask for refurbished parts as well to save money.

These guys fly and sell drones. They aren't just service techs. So they fully understand the context.

All in all, a very good experience and I am ready to fly again with very little downtime. Highly recommended.
