Ordered a Mavic 3T for personal and work use (law enforcement and search and rescue). Zac spoke with me on the phone to make sure I was ordering the correct drone for my needs and set me up with a good packaged deal for everything I needed. While I did see some negative reviews on random review websites I can say my experience was not that. My drone came as described and was quick to ship. My only complaint if you can call it that is my drone came with a 1 year DJI care. It came on a printed sheet of paper like drone works printed their own code and it wasn't something official from DJI. The code worked and I got my year of DJI care, I guess Idc if it's "officially" from DJI or if they bought a code and printed it out for me as long as I got the code it doesn't make a difference to me.

Zach is an amazing guy, I had an order placed with another vendor for a Autel Exo-lander with the 2300 lumen spot light and payload deployment system. So 5 days go by and no updates only order confirmed and my money was taken out as soon as the order was placed. I had to call to find out that they haven't received the it from their warehouse, so why take my money and confirm an order if you don't have it on hand ? Horrible customer service they did not even attempt to remedy the issue, they were just full of excuses.
So I canceled my order from the other vendor and called Drone Works and spoke with Zach and explained the situation and he told me that he had the item on hand and even overnighted it to me and split the shipping cost throwing a t-shirt and a nice lanyard. Now that is customer service Zach helped me out greatly and went out of his way to actually drop the package off after hours so that I would receive it the next day!
Again thank you Zach for your help and for your awesome customer service!

I would highly recommend ordering from Drone-Works. Zachary was very helpful and responsive. They are also a veteran owned business so a great way to show your support. As a veteran own business myself I always look for other veteran own companies to support. I received my Evo ll Pro in a timely matter and am excited to use it! When I order more drones I know to come back to Drone-Works

Got my EVO II today. AWESOME!!
I ordered the rugged bundle but just the drone came. I failed to see the social media post stating they wanted to get the drone out to customers and would send the rest of the bundle later. So I emailed about the bundle and they called me almost immediately...on a Saturday to give me the update. Although the person who called stated he was the owner and was actually pretty rude, I will still think of it as Amazing customer service. If anyone is debating on where to order...Drone Works is the place. Thank you DW

Ran across Zac looking for a quick turnaround on an Inspire 1 repair almost 3 years ago when parts were not even available. Overnighted to him on a Thursday and he had us back in the air the following Monday. After that experience we have purchased all of our birds from Drone Works.

Anytime an issue has arose (which in the rare occasion it has happened and been DJI hardware/firmware issues) Zac has handled on our behalf and taken dealing with the manufacturer out of the equation - which in itself is worth purchasing through Drone Works vs. Amazon.

I highly recommend Drone Works and the level of service and knowledge Zac provides his customers.
