The lady who helped me today was very nice HOWEVER, there was a man there on the computer clearly not sober and kept yelling he needed help WITH a cig in his mouth….. and the worker kept going over and helping him delaying the people who have been waiting in line. I also don’t like to see how they treat the older generation as they aren’t comfortable on desk tops and ask silly questions but the employees should know that patience is a lot more respected thn attitude 🙂

This is the worst Department ever. I have been trying to get long term care for my mom almost 4 months. When you are luck to get someone on the phone after calling many time a day I have gotten incorrect or partial information. Know I believe everything needed has been submitted for almost a month and still cannot get anyone on the phone. She needs full time care and is in a long term care facility which we can no longer pay for. What the elderly do in this state is beyond me.

Thought I had the wrong number. I could barely understand the middle eastern accent. Left my info on voicemail within the timeframe provided, then received a notice that I never called in for appointment. I am guessing this is my caseworker because the same person answered the three times I called.

You now have to do it on line. There's no paper application. So get ready. The people are nice though

Bad cust service and they don't care if you kid passes from seizures so you should give condolences no matter what. I feel like this place can lighten up a little in the mean cruel world we live in

Florida's DCF may be located within this location, but I actually visited the UP Center and shopped for discounted food.

I wish I could give 0 stars!! Yes they help families but it’s very unprofessional, frustrating ,and really unacceptable when u can’t reach a actual person. The virtual chat and the automated system really really sucks it’s no help at all. I have been calling for a week to speak to someone about renewal of my benefits, and documents I sent in. It always says no one is available or they are busy assisting other callers, and I call through out the day. Then when I finally get through after holding for over a hour just to get hung up on is very ridiculous. Please do better!!!

I’m sorry but they suck! I have been calling these people’s since this morning and nobody has answered. Waiting on the phone for over an hour is ridiculous ? y’all need to get this system right. Like how many people are they attending to that not one person has answered the phone. Come on people do your job.
