10/10 recommend! I reached out to this company for assistance with a personal project. While my needs were outside of their scope of work (which is just a mistake in my own research), William went above and beyond to help us connect with someone within the industry for the work we need. He even went as far as to call me back and email me to assist in connecting me with the right people. The pure genuine help on this shows they truly care and are committed to helping! Although it was a shorter interaction, I cannot thank them enough for their sensitivity to the nature of our situation, their professionalism, and just their help overall.

This company flew a drone in my backyard about 6-8 feet off the ground. The drone spent some time peering into the windows of our home, and consistently hovered less than 25 feet above our property. The company did not contact any of our neighbors to warn us that this would be happening. While it is standard protocol to fly drones for solar inspections, it is NOT standard protocol to peer into the windows of the home. Jonathan Schlicher, the company's manager, was rude, and condescending and said that Fly Guys has the right to the airspace around our home. He never once acknowledged that peering into the windows of a house with a drone is not standard operating procedure. A simple apology goes a long way. This was such a disappointing conversation with what appears to be a reputable company.

UPDATE: After calling 1-888 the phone number that Jonathan Schlicher referenced, the company had blocked me from calling.

I’ve been a commercial drone pilot for about 4 years and just did my first job with FlyGuys. Adam was in contact with me from start to finish and I have to say, the level of communication and scope clarity I received for the work was the best I’ve ever received from any of the drone service providers I’ve worked for! I was even able to call him while on-site when a small problem came up and he had a solution right away that fixed the problem. I can’t recommend FlyGuys highly enough. Great folks to work for I have no doubt that they do a great job for their customers.
