It was 1 am on Christmas eve morning, Houston was once again in a hard freeze and our mid-rise condominium building had a pipe break. Matt with Frontier Services Group agreed without hesitation to help with the water removal and immediately went to work gathering their team and equipment. The communication was outstanding, the professionalism of the team and the quality of the equipment made the emergency manageable for our residents. We experienced first-class service, and it was our first time to use their company...should we ever have another major loss, they will be the company we call upon!

My RO leaked and the filter water collected under the floor and my downstairs ceiling drywall showed a little swelling. Omar came and did a through assessment and walked me through the best plan of action to remediate the water damage including preventative mold treatment. His team was on site within a couple of hours with all the required equip and they were efficient, quick, and cleaned up after. While the drying process was going on, someone came in the check every day on the status. I recommend their services.

We experienced a small fire at our residence on 8/1/24. Frontier was knocking at our door as soon as the fire department left. The damage was limited to major soot and smoke throughout the lower level and 2nd floor levels. A DocuScan was performed on 8/8/24 of our whole house, including outside near where the fire originated. We were told we would be contacted "in a day or two" regarding an estimate and that likely the remediation would only take 1 to 2 days. I contacted Frontier on 8/10 for an update but was only able to leave a message with their answering service. I called again on 8/12 and spoke to a Frontier representative, who had informed me they didn't have any of my information in their system. A 2nd representative informed me that they would get back to me as soon as they spoke with a Project Manager. By 8/13, no one had called me back. On 8/13, I sent an email to both Field Consultants who had visited my house. I received a follow-up email from one of the consultants who indicated they would contact me on 8/14 with an update. As of 8/15/24, no one has notified me of any status, either via return phone call or response to an email. That in itself is unacceptable customer service. They were eager to help us restore our home and more than willing to video our residence, but have been completely silent the past week. Very disappointing.

A car crashed into our home and made a mess. Tabita and her team showed up to clean and what a job they did. They cleaned, wrapped, packed and handled our belongings like if they were theirs, such care. Kudos to Tabita and her team for and amazing job.

This company is so amazing. If you ever have a water disaster, (that's my only experience) this is the company to call! I chose this company by screaming(I was panicking) into my phone for the best company for water disasters. Frontier Services name popped up. I did not look to see the reviews or how many stars they had. I just called the number. From my first call, late night November 9. 2023, until today, January 16, 2024, Frontier has been such a blessing and beyond amazing. It started with the dispatch person to Omar and him showing up,(it seemed instantaneously), to his dry out team, and the team taking out floors and walls, to David the Adjuster working with my insurance company, Allstate (that was painful to be part of as the insurance company did not want to pay for hardly anything) to Nicholas and Milka and their pack out team(going lovingly through my items and saving as much as they could and placing it all in two pods) to today. Now the main part is getting ready to begin as Palay, Project Mgr. starts putting my house back together better than it was. I have every confidence that his team will be as good as or better than the other teams, based on what the other teams have done so far. I normally don't write reviews, but I had to tell someone about this company! I will continue to update this post as the job moves toward completion. Thanks Kelly for getting me the information I needed and forwarding all those pictures of the contents in my home. I don't ever want to go through this situation again, but if do, Frontier will be the company I call.

Milka and her team did an amazing job. Cataloging, documenting, and protecting our belongings after our plumbing disaster. Then bringing everything back and putting our home back together after reconstruction. Everything was well organized and well orchestrated, with the team making quick work of a large job. We greatly appreciate all the hard work and the professionalism of Milka and her entire team.

Andres, James, Mike, Jamere and Erick are a fabulous team. Andres has been amazing and his customer service and leadership is stellar!
