Dr Galan is awesome, he takes the time to review your medical background and shows interest in his patients...he listens to your concerns. He never rushes you and yet always calls his patients promptly at the time of their appointment. I love...love the fact that I have never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to be called in to see him. Usually I don't even have to wait that long.

I had an ongoing condition that lasted two months Dr. Galan attempted to fix the issue with two different rounds of antibiotics no fix. I called requesting to speak to him, only to get instructions from his main nurse. I had to end up making an appointment to see him a third time he had no idea what it was Basically told me to see a urologist, but could not give recommendation. Literally did a Google search and find a Dr.
That Dr. needs copies of my medical records Call Galan's staff and they say they will fax it. Let's just say a week of back and forth only to call Galan's office on the 8th day and state I'm on my way to their office and they better have my records ready. That got them responding, ended up speaking to the new office mgr. She looks at the faxes that we're sent they never went through Incompetent staff. This morning I get on the mail Galan will start charging $1K annual fee that is not covered in the patients insurance Proceed at your own risk.

Norma, and everyone that I have ever interacted with have always treated me,as though Im special. They are kind, professional, and always do their very best to take great care. Has anyone else received a letter from Dr. Galan’s Office stating that he will now be charging an additional $1,000 to provide services going forward? This additional fee is not reimbursable by Medicare or private insurance according to the letter. Disappointing and an unfortunate reflection on the broken healthcare system we have today in the US.

Tried to schedule as a new patient. New Patients be warned - there is a pretentious "concierge fee" on top of insurance.
