Wow!! My fiance and I just got our photos back from our engagement shoot in Paris and we're amazed. Ian is a true artist. We don't think of ourselves as photogenic, but Ian quickly proved us wrong. We are in love with our photos and cannot wait to share them with our loved ones. Not only is Ian talented, but he's friendly and vibrant. I was referred to Ian Holmes by a fellow photographer, whom he had studied photography with in Paris. During my last two trips to Paris, I had the pleasure of being photographed by Ian. The first photoshoot was at the Louvre and the Palais Royal where Ian photographed my sister and I. While the most recent photo session was a solo photoshoot spent walking around and exploring Ile Saint-Louis and La Conciergerie together. Prior to both of those photoshoots Ian was flexible with the weather as it can change quickly in Paris depending on the season and timed it when the conditions would be best, which was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. Booking was simple, he answered all our questions, advised us on different time and setting options, and even worked with me to add another hour to our session the day before it was scheduled. It was amazing working with Ian! We did an engagement shoot with Ian back in June and could not be happier with the results. We are from Vancouver so planning a photoshoot so far away was a bit nerve-racking but Ian made it really easy. His communication was personable, thorough, and professional. The weather was unstable and Ian kept checking in the days leading up to the shoot to ensure we were prepared for any rain that could come our way. We had a really fun time during the shoot too!

Ian is absolutely Amazing. I scheduled a photo shoot with him for my husband and I for our first trip to Paris . I am also a wedding photographer myself so this photo shoot was super important to me . Ian was so professional and organized when booking my shoot too. I also saw his work on Instagram/Facebook/website etc and I was so impressed. When we got to our shoot at the louvre in Paris I was in heaven . Everything was perfect . Ian knew the locations so well and we had a really fun time with him . Even my husband loved him . He gave us a tour at the same time so the experience was amazing . We ended the night with some fun night photos too . We got the gallery a couple weeks later and they were so amazing . I am obsessed. Truly amazing. If you are coming to Paris you have to book Ian for a photo shoot /wedding etc . He is so good at what he does and such a fun person . Thank you so much Ian !!
