Very helpful indeed. I emailed them with a bit of an emergency last-minute request to resize a photo for an Australian passport application in case I couldn't get it done locally before my appointment. They were very quick to respond and happy to oblige!

I needed passport photos done and the embassy specifically requested photos from ID photoshop. It’s just opposite Trafalgar Square to the left of Tesco. They are inside the HQ building and there is a small sign just next to the door that is open. At first it’s not obvious but just walk through. Guys were very friendly and I had my photos within 3 minutes. It cost £14, card and cash is accepted. Highly recommended. Very efficient service

We had Australian / German passports taken by Sam and he was so kind, personable and professional. My kids are 5 and 8 and it was the easiest passport or visa photo we’ve ever had taken of them. The kids said they would give Sam 10 stars if they could!

I was feeling a bit down about my appearance and needing a passport photo and Sam helped me feel a lot better about me and my photo. He’s a great guy and someone we all very comfortable with.

The quality of photo was also far far far superior to one that I had taken previously at a chain store.

The worst passport photo studio.
I needed a passport photo urgently, so I went to the nearest place, but I wonder if they even know the passport photo requirements. The person in the photo was leaning to the left, and one ear was not visible. I insisted he retake it, but it was such a waste of money and left me feeling upset.

Great service from Fazal here. He makes passport photos an art form. A super whiz with the camera. I was sent here from the Australian Embassy because my photos were not good enough despite being done by snappy snaps. Fazal understands the requirements of modern passport photos that rely on biometrics to identify the person in the photo.

Got my US passport photos done here for my renewal, the photographer was friendly and very quick. He offered me a bit of time to freshen up before the photos were taken and even cut them out himself for my application. Thank you for helping me out!

The guy who runs this place is friendly, helpful and puts you at ease immediately. He has a great studio set up and he understands exactly what each issuing country is looking for in a passport photo. I'd tried to do my own photo but it turns out that the HM Passport Office is pretty picky. The whole process at ID Photoshop is very quick and I now have a flattering passport photo that doesn't make me look like Britain's Most Wanted. 100% worth the money.
