Last year we had a good experience with holiday pictures. This year turned out to be a *disaster*. Our proofs took a week longer than we were told- when we reached out twice asking about them we were told they had sent our gallery to us. Obviously confused we asked them to please show a confirmation/receipt/email that it was sent, and they were unable to show anything with a single email address or link. (Why not just own that the ball was dropped and do your best to find a solution?) We had to plead for ONE photo to mail our annual Christmas card, which we didn't receive for another 3 days. We didn't receive the remainder of our photos until 4 days before Christmas and when we voiced our frustration to them we were ghosted. Won't be back. Can't recommend.

Before I start my review of the business, I want to say the Melody is such an awesome person. She was just great talking to in general.
My husband and I found her business when we were recently engaged. She took our engagement and wedding photos. I have never been so happy with a decision. Oh my goodness! I wanted a Dark Academia theme for our wedding. Let me tell you, I do not think it is that easy to find ways to promote that in modern, downtown Chattanooga, but she found a way. Our engagement photos look like if we lived in a medieval castle at times. When we arrived at the wedding venue, she and her assistant were already there. She's very prompt and responsive. When she asked me what kinds of shots I wanted, I replied "can you do the Instagram shots? I can't remember how to describe them, because I'm so nervous." Let. Me. Tell. You. Melody was on it. She got all the ones I wanted. The focused perspective of the shots were just breathtaking. When the black and white proofs came back and the my reddish and fair all complexion came across all blotchy and gross, Melody was on top of it and fixed it so I did not look like a molting zombie. Can't wait for our anniversary shots in the future. 😉

Not only did she accommodate us for a last minute engagement shoot, but allowed us to modify for extra shots at a different location with no notice.

Her personality was a great fit with ours which allowed her to suggest great poses and set ups that were a natural fit to who we are.
