An amazing experience! The staff was so kind and helpful with all our questions. They took a lot of care to ensure a quality product, and even wore special gloves to prevent fingerprints. They do use a color enhancer, and personally I think this is completely fine as it helps highlight the details of your iris. However, it heavily picked up on the blue color wavelengths of my green eyes and really enhanced that. This made it appear like I have blue eyes when they are actually more of a darker green color in person. With that said, I still really love our picture. The details are amazing to look at, just wish it enhanced the blue a little less!

Very accessible to get to right in the center of all of the shops. The employees were very kind and definitely enjoyed their jobs. Only downside is the price for just a photo, I did the HD photo with the downloadable link. I feel for the price receiving a print and the link would be more bang for the buck. But it is a one of a kind shop and experience and that is understandable. If I was able to I would have gotten one of the wall hanging finished photos. But they were just too expensive. We were told that our eyes were some of the closest to each others that they had ever seen!

The prices are a bit high. However, it is a truly one of a kind piece of art! The staff inspected the photo paper for flaws and even used special gloves to ensure there were no smudges or fingerprints.

Yesterday July, 25th, I took my partner to get our iris’ photographed. Online it says that it is walk ins welcomed, at no specific time although it didn’t state a specific time I still decided to call to be sure as we live an hour away. Unfortunately when I called it went straight to an automated message. When we arrived there was a young lady loading boxes with her headphones on. We decided to let her finish with them as she either didn’t care to acknowledge us or simply expected us to walk away. After a few MINUTES she finally acknowledged us and very rudely said “I am not taking any orders right now it’ll be a three hour wait”. I am not sure if that is a schedule thing or she just didn’t feel like doing it but my partner and I left very disappointed, specially myself as it was something that I have been wanting for some time now. If there are certain hours of operations during the “open” hours it should be adressed on the website. The staff also needs some training in manners and customer service as she came off very rude.

Absolutely beautiful photos. The process is super quick and easy. Juan was great at explaining things and also helped me decide which eye to go with. I wish there was one of these near me. If I’m ever in Chicago again I’ll definitely be back.
