Laurel has been amazing to work with for the last few years. We found her through another great photographer who she assisted for during a maternity leave and my kids smiles and attitudes were so positive we needed to see her again for our holiday photos. She makes my kids feel safe, comfortable and they have so much fun taking photos with her. It never feels like a stressful photo shoot where they are begging to leave or can’t simply be kids. She creates a silly, relaxed environment for everyone in the family and truly makes magic with your photos. She captures their personalities and the memories during the photo process are just as special as getting them once she is done. Can’t wait to continue working with her.

My husband and I did a couples photoshoot with Laurel this year and it was an absolute joy! The photo shoot was close by at a beautiful spot here in town & the photos turned out SO beautiful. I got referred to Laurel by a friend, and she had done a wonderful job with their newborn photos. So when I had a baby, I contacted her. She was quick to respond and was able to schedule a time convenient for us. When we arrived to her studio, she was so warm and welcoming. She made our 2 year old feel like he was at home and treated our newborn like her own. She even changed his diaper! She was concerned about our vision for what we wanted our pictures to look like and made sure we got good ones capturing our family’s vibe. She edited the pictures quickly and sent them to me, and they’re absolutely beautiful. I got both the professional studio pictures of my infant that I wanted, and also the fun candid shots of us being a family. I can’t recommend her enough.

LEF Photo went above & beyond for our maternity and newborn photoshoots! Not only does Laurel create the most authentic photos, but she’s also super sweet and funny!
