We had the pleasure of having Jhof for our pre-wedding photos, and he truly took it to the next level. His professionalism was outstanding, and the results were beyond our expectations. Visited again after 5 years as the digital photo at London Drugs was rejected. The lady was super busy at the time I stepped in. Patiently waited while she was hustling between other customers photos and mine asking me proper requirements for the digital photos. It took longer than I anticipated but I was grateful for the service she provided. I ended up going back to ask her to resize pixels but it was very smooth. I appreciate her professionalism and willingness to help her customers.

I love the strategical location of this place, the atmosphere and the setup, Jhof, the photographer did an amazing job taking me the pictures, he was super nice, friendly and efficient! I got quite nice photos, I will think again in this place if I need another photo session, they are very professional!

Went to Shoppers Drug Mart for a passport photo to be prepared and lined up at the passport office only to have the photo rejected. Luckily Lightwell was located right beside the entrance to the Victoria passport office and I was able to get a replacement on the spot - exact same price as Shoppers! And if there was an issue they will retake it for free.
Come here and get it done right the first time!

After a less than ideal experience with my baby's passport photos from London Drugs getting rejected, Lightwell was a breath of fresh air! The photographer was friendly and welcoming and even offered to hold my baby while I paid.

Got my photos taken only to have them denied, it has screwed over travel plans and set me back money. Don't give you a moment to get ready and not even a mirror. They are short with you and dismissive there. I'm extremely unhappy with their work and believe them to be sub par at best save your money and go to another place.
