MAIDPRO Fort Lauderdale was so professional.
They sent me reminders 2 days before to confirm date, just in case I needed to cancel.
Lisseth Bermudez has cleaned my house 2 or 3 times and I love her! She’s super swet snd she does an amazing job!
She puts the kleenex boxes and makes them cute and she also dod something this tom in our bathroom with toilet paper!
She organizes all the assorted piles of atuff in every room, even folding my throws and towels.
I definitely recommend Lisseth and MaidPro!

I have been very happy with my regular housekeeper Guerline L. She is very thorough and consistent. As a major plus, there are no surprises after her visit such as misplaced items (an issue I had with many other housekeepers). All in all I am very much satisfied with Fort Lauderdale MaidPro. Very bad customer service experience.  My cleaner Rosani was very good and I had no issues with her for the year that she cleaned my home.  When I contacted customer service to cancel my service because I'm in the process of moving, the person that took my call did not take proper notes or did not listen attentively and never made a note of my cancellation.  Because of this person's negligence, a few days later Rosani showed up to my home with all her cleaning supplies ready to clean.  With utter embarrassment, I had to explain to her that I had canceled the service.  To which she told me that no one had advised her of this.  I told her that she would likely be back as my move out cleaner later in the month.  When I called customer service to schedule my move out cleaningb earlier this month, this same customer service person told me that there were plenty of cleaners available to do a move out cleaning due to so many snowbirds having gone back up north and she reassured me that I did not need to rush to schedule.  Last week I called to schedule my move out cleaning, and the same customer service person told me that there was no availability until the middle of July!  As if this wasn't bad enough, I contacted customer service again to ask them how I can get my key back. The same woman told me that I either had to drive over to their main office to pick up the key in person AND be there before 10:30am or I could have the keys mailed to me via USPS.  Neither of these options are convenient or are examples of good customer service in my opinion.  Buyer beware of this branch of MaidPro and this terrible customer service rep that answers every call and responds to every email. The branch I used in Miami was great.
