Great people. Great service! Amazing! My first time ever getting a card and they made the process extremely easy from the moment I walked into the door Dana is so helpful and so sweet and Dr. Pardo was the best. He made my whole experience just amazing! He was very kind, respectful and he listened to me. Highly recommend!!!!

Had medical emergency needed more flower because already at limit first said they can help make a appointment $25 then checked with Winterhaven office and even though I’m a current customer/patient and I’ve been using them for years told me it wouldn’t be the 25. It would be $199 they do not care about the patients at all it’s all about money found a cheaper place 125$ and they give you 4oz instead of 2.5 do not recommend this place at all

This location is AMAZING! I had no knowledge of the process, but they made things so easy and understandable for me. I was actively having an anxiety attack, (because of other things) but Dr. Reed was able to calm me down. I had to step out of the building for a while and they worked with me, allowing me to be a walk-in, since I missed my appointment. Aly and Dina are WONDERFUL!!! Stop by to see them.... You won't regret it

I was pleasantly surprised this visit. The office was calm and orderly. The staff is always friendly and professional but the atmosphere was so much better. The doctor is great and empathetic.
