I was in today to print photos. The man working was very helpful- checked to make sure I was okay, came to help when it wasn't working, sorted it and waited until it had all been successfully printed. It was past his finish time by a good 15 minutes. I felt so guilty for making him stay back but he was extremely kind about it. Absolutely deserving of recognition.

i had a great experience. i had lots of trouble as my phone wouldn't let me upload pictures to print. however, the man serving was extremely helpful and helped me fix the issue. he was very patient with me even though it took about three visits to solve the issue. he also helped me by changing the format of each of my pictures!! i really appreciated it 🙂

Gary was very professional. Smiled, then listened carefully to the items I wanted and then produced them whilst I did my shopping. Everything was ready on my return a few minutes later. I didn't like the frame I had chosen for one print , and Gary showed me an option to meet my needs and changed the photo into the new frame. He then, at my request, provided an envelope to post a large print. Overall excellent service. I can thoroughly recommnd Max Spielmann and Gary at this store.

Was standing in the cue for 5 minutes when the guy with the glasses that works there told us that after 4 he's finished I should come back tomorrow but still had another two customers there he was going to serve ? But me and another customer were told to come back tomorrow? The guy that works there with the glasses began to shout and give attitude to the other customer he told to come back tomorrow this guys customer service is non existent..for me was suppose be happy experience that I was getting a childhood photo of me and my father framed but no cued for 5 minutes just to get attitude from someone that was in a hurry to go home overall a negative experience
